Situated in the Eagle Rock neighborhood (just north of the city center), you will be close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and more. If you have free time, stroll down nearby Colorado Blvd. and explore - it's the perfect way to spend the day!

You'll love the cozy furniture, spacious surroundings, and sense of privacy here!

Are you a great cook? You're in luck, because you'll have an easy time saving money by whipping something up in your lovely kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a generous amount of counter space. Store groceries and leftovers alike in the spacious fridge, and don't forget the coffee maker in the morning! There's even a small kitchenette in the studio with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker to tide you over between trips to the main kitchen!

With a grand total of three lovely bedrooms, this home sleeps up to six guests! Four of you can tuck yourselves away in the main home in two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a two-twin trundle. Two additional guests will be comfortable in the studio on another similar trundle. If you want, you can even push the two twin-size beds in the studio together to make a king-size bed.

Two bathrooms throughout the home (one in the main home and one in the detached studio) will give everybody plenty of space to freshen up.

This awesome home also has WiFi and a private washer/dryer - perfect for longer stays in the City of Angels. Central AC in the whole home is another perk that will make sunny, warm California comfortable and cozy. Don't leave the dog at home! In this wonderful rental, you can also bring a dog with you for a small nightly fee.

Outside, you'll also have access to a lovely patio area with a French bistro table and outdoor furniture. Head down the street and explore all of the shops, restaurants, and cafes in this family-friendly neighborhood. If you want even more adventure, you'll love local attractions like the Los Angeles Zoo (six miles away) and Universal Studios (10 miles away).

Cute house - Great Location!

We loved our stay. The house was cute. The beds were comfortable. We were a short walk from Sprouts, CVS, some cute mom and pop restaurants as well as a few chain restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with a wide range of spices, cooking utensils, and pans.

There was a fenced in backyard, which was great for staying with a dog. One challenge was there were weeds in the back with stickers. Every time the dog went out, he would come back in with stickers in his coat.

Overall, this is a great place in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed this neighborhood while the kids went to the theme parks. The people are very friendly and the back studio worked very nice to afford privacy and sleeping in late.

This was a great place for me to relax at while the kids went to the theme parks. The studio in the back affords the opportunity to sleep in late while everyone gets ready in the morning. Friendly people in Eagle Rock.

Start of our family

Sorry this post is so late in coming but rest assured it is extremely heartfelt! In Nov/Dec 2014 (the date would not allow me to go back that far), my spouse and I stayed at this home for almost 3 weeks. We were in LA unexpectedly for that time for the adoption of our son. Its been 2 years but we often state what a blessing this house was for us. It will always be the home where our family started even if it was temporary. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. the space was perfect for us and the location was very easy for us to navigate to and from. Thank you again for opening your home through this service!!!

Eagle Rock Combo December 8-11, 2016

We were very happy to rent the Eagle Rock Combo for a recent family get-together. The units were described accurately, the location excellent with a nearby Sprout's Market, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had modern and up-to-date appliances. We had excellent customer service by Charlotte Gulezian, the local property rep.

There were at least 2 missing smoke detectors, a potentially serious issue. The main ceiling kitchen light was not working, but there were other ceiling lights in the kitchen which were functional. Additional blankets would have been welcome as well as a dish drying rack, though most renters would use the dish washer exclusively.

The included washer and dryer were a real plus.

There were plenty of towels, soap and shampoo, kitchen ware (though some pots and pans were very dirty upon our arrival).

Heating worked very well and was easily adjustable.

On-street parking was convenient and mostly easy to find right out in front. There is a car port in the back of the property we didn't use as we were driving a minivan which might not have fit easily.

We would highly recommend this property, even with the few negatives mentioned.
