About Vacasa, OR - Mt Hood / Hood River Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Whole stay was absolutely fabulous!! Close to slopes in Timberline, as well as great hiking. Mirror Lake loop was beautiful!
Only improvement: RECYCLING! Of all places, Oregon should have recycling everywhere! Felt criminal putting milk cartons, cardboard, certain plastics into the trash☹️
great location, smaller than expected, dark inside,
Fun cabin, close to Mt Hood, plenty of room for family of 6.
Great time skiing, shuttle service to timberline just a short walk away. Plenty big enough for a family of 6
Very convenient to town. We were able to walk to restaurants and groceries. Even went snowshoeing right out the door. House was well stocked with all you need for the kitchen, bath, and extra blankets.
Wonderful cute little place
This house was great. Would definitely stay again. Only two things to note: the kitchen cooking supplies are pretty non existent. Only salt, pepper and dill when we got there. The description made it sound like there was olive oil and other basics. No biggy. Other note: the upstairs bedrooms have no privacy/doors and it gets cold up there, about ten degrees colder than downstairs. But I didn’t mind, comfy bed. Thanks again. It was great.
Great location, quite, and great for the kids. Forgot to bring wood for the wood stove, but the government camp store sells it. Might be nice to not that in the description of place.
