The house is situated in a wooded cove with panoramic views of the woods and pastures.

Enjoy 3900 sq. ft. of living area on three levels including 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths on three levels... also a bonus sleeping room. The private master suite on the main level offers a large bathroom with separate sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, walk- in shower and large walk-in closet.

A second bedroom on the main level features a queen bed, attached bath with tub/shower combination and walk-in closet.

The spacious fully equiped kitchen overlooks the gathering room with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. A dining room, library and half bath complete the main level living spaces.

The upper level offers two bedrooms adjoining a full bath with a walk-in shower. A third room may be used to accomadate two people.

The Lower level offers 35 x 15 open entertainment area, pool table, wet bar, outdoor hot tub and a bedroom with queen bed and adjoining full bath. A separate entrance opens to a 20 x15 covered patio.

The 40 foot covered deck on the main level with seating for 8 is a great place to relax, cook out and enjoy the views..

Convenient to shopping , restaurants and many upstate attractions. Travel time to T.I.E.C. is just 20 minutes either by Interstate or scenic country roads.

Horses may be grazed and exercising on the property under supervision.
