Great little Cabin
Quiet and secluded
A little peace of heaven in the woods
We so enjoyed our stay at this cute, clean and cozy little cabin. It was a perfect little getaway for the two of us to enjoy some peace and quiet and a relaxing time. It would also be a great little cabin to take the kids along. It’s a quick walk to the dock down a nice little pathway. We enjoyed taking the canoe out and fishing off the dock. There is also a little beach close if you want to soak up the sun in the sand. Everyone in the Sunbreaker Cove community were very nice. There was also a garden full of fresh veggies for our own enjoyment. We will definitely be back.
Thank you Julie! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Please come back anytime :-)
Perfect rustic getaway cabin & trailer
My husband, 2 daughters & I spent the long weekend at the cabin and loved everything about it.
Saturday was rainy so we stayed in playing some of the games in the cupboard, reading and chilling out. Otherwise, we went for walks around the Cove, played tether ball & badminton in the back yard, had fire pits at night and played at the beach which is only minutes away.
The girls had a sleepover in the trailer which they loved!
We're already planning our next trip out - thanks for everything, Christina!!
Thank you so much! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We hope to see you again! Christina
We had fantastic weather which helped for sure but the property was everything they said it would be
Loved the cabin and it’s simplicity. Our kids stayed in the trailer and loved having their own space. The lake access was close and we spent everyday in the water. Love the yard, deck and fire pit. Cozy and private with enough space to play.
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!
Overpriced for what you get.
Pros: Nice mosaic firepit. Kitchen well stocked. Inside Gas fireplace was great. Tether ball for kids.
Cons: Skunk odor too overwhelming to enjoy backyard. Steep walk to dock. Not enough linens for 6. Construction and other machinery noise was constant. Too many limitations of water use due to septic system. Due to cons the rental price needs to drop considerably.
Hi! Our cabin is rustic and close to the woods so dealing with nature (ie skunks) is part of outdoor living; having said that, we've been there 5 summers and we've never actually experienced them, so this is a first. It is very rare to have skunks. We don't find the walk too steep to the lake, sorry to hear that you did find too difficult. With respect to the linens, we advise guests to use only what is provided, but many use our "turnover supply" which makes it difficult for Molly Maid to set up for the next guests arriving when the supply is short. Also, guests have walked away with our linens. We apologize for that and are working on a better system. We apologize about the construction, but that is out of our control. We are on a septic and we ask our guests to be mindful of water usage. In the next few years Sunbreaker Cove community will be moving to a sewer system.
Little cabin has is all, clean, quiet, close to the lake, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Family had an excellent time!
We are glad you enjoyed your stay!
