Why Jay Arrold chose Mooloolaba
I purchased the property in February 2018 and have been renovating since. It's my weekend go-to when not occupied by Stayz guests so it is my hope is that you will find it comfortable and well appointed for your Mooloolaba stay. I don't use any intermediary - it's my property and I'm proud of it so you'll deal directly with me and not an agent or broker. I purchased the property for it's immediate access to the beach and the excellent bars and restaurants in the trending Mooloolaba Wharf precinct - which is located immediately opposite. Unless you are planning a day trip to Australia Zoo, Eumundi markets etc, there really is no need to access a vehicle during your stay. The property is absolute walking distance for all you will need, this includes walking distance for small children too - this is the best feature of the apartment and my purchase of same was for this very reason.
What makes this Apartment unique
Blend up a retro milkshake for those summertime beach feels with your own milkshake station, the kids will also love it! I supply everything you need to mix up the shakes. Enjoy morning coffee from any of the immediately adjacent cafes and for something a bit fancier, visit store owner Dallas at Cured and Matured Deli (downstairs within the complex) for the best toasted sandwiches and finest selection of cheese, meat and speciality goods on the Coast. Enjoy the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella during your stay as well as boogie boards and sand castle gear for the kids. I also supply beach towels for everyone as I want to make your stay at the apartment as stress-free as possible, cos travelling with all the beach gear sucks.

Immaculate property containing everything we could possibly need & only a short stroll to the beach.
Tastefully decorated, immaculate & comfortable 2 bedroom unit in a quiet location despite being only a short distance from the beach, restaurants & shops. Everything is has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Well equipped kitchen including a milkshake maker & syrups. Beach towels, beach toys, board games. Local information as well as cafe & restaurant recommendations. Our visit was over Easter & thoughtfully a chocolate Easter Bunny was waiting on the bed of our 6 year old. A lovely welcoming touch. Thoughtfully Jay rang before we arrived & offered us an earlier check in as the property was vacant. We very much enjoyed our stay & highly recommend the property.
Perfect spot to enjoy all that Mooloolaba has to offer
The unit is well appointed good quality linen bedding and towels . The kitchen is well appointed, I loved the milk shake machine. Jay is a thoughtful and concerned owner who ensures your stay is perfect . My wife and I enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and shopping. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away so use of the car was minimal while we were in Mooloolaba, all in all one of the better places we have stayed in , highly recommended
Thanks to a $10million dollar facelift at the immediate adjacent Wharf precinct, Mooloolaba has absolutely come alive. The final stages of the revitalisation are nearing completion with the James Squire brewhouse scheduled to open in late August 2019!
Additionally, the Sunshine Coast Council is also spending $2.5 million on the renewal the of Mooloolaba Spit boardwalk and area re-vegetation, scheduled for completion in September 2019.
Some of the Sunshine Coast's bests eateries and bars and now located in Mooloolaba. I am happy to provide you with my local tips and tricks for great food and drink joints in the area.
The famous Mooloolaba Surf Club is located approximately 100metres away, as with the world famous Mooloolaba main beach.
My home is a fully equipped two bedroom unit is in a great location beach side to central Mooloolaba - unless you're day tripping there should be no need to use your car to get around while you're staying. Loads of cafes, restaurants, nightlife, tourist attractions, supermarkets and most importantly the beach await you. In under 10minutes you can go south to Kawana shopping centre or the larger and recently renovated Sunshine Plaza complex is 10minutes north in Maroochydore. In 30minutes you'll be at Australia Zoo, Eumundi markets, the Sunshine coast hinterland (Montville, Maleny, Mapleton) and the airports are close too - 15minutes to Maroochydore (MCY) and approximately 1hr to Brisbane domestic / international (BNE).
