The minute you open the doors to The Seaglass Condo, you’re welcomed with a relaxing, beach-combing ambiance. This true one bedroom condo has been totally renovated and redesigned by a well-known Dallas, Texas Interior Designer. Every aspect of this condo has been given special attention to the smallest of detail. The style of this condo might best be described as a "Vintage Nautical" decor. The fabulous kitchen has glass cabinetry and granite counter-tops, with stainless steel appliances. The living/dining area has beautiful design elements including all hardwood flooring, ship-lap walls, a pull-out full-size sofa, flat screen TV, and special lighting decor throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed, separate flat screen TV, special wooden wall treatment, and a connecting door to the bathroom. The bathroom has black and white octagon tile flooring, subway tile in full shower-bath combo, and Carrera marble counter-tops. The design truly captures a time of years gone by, but with a current chic twist.

Don't feel like cooking? There are several restaurants within walking distance including the newly completed open huts with shops, and restaurants are surrounded by the grass-covered commons area of the Towne Centre. Each brightly colored, gabled unit is easily identified and inviting for both regular customers and newcomers alike. Beautifully Renovated Condo!

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. This is by far the best condo we've stayed in at Seacrest. Whoever designed the unit did an outstanding job! We walked everywhere we needed to go whether it was in Seacrest or right next door to Rosemary Beach. The pool right next to this condo is amazing as well. It's just gone under a complete renovation and has a kids pool as well as an adult pool and hot tub....and it's just steps from the front door of this unit! Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

Perfect Getaway!!!

This has been by far the BEST experience I've had on 30A! I came with my 2 daughters and the unit was perfect. The sleeper sofa was brand new - so it was extra comfy for my girls. The unit was clean, with not a speck of dust anywhere. We couldn't find the laundry facility, but luckily my property manager was just a text away! The new pool area is just AWESOME!! My 3 yr old daughter was obsessed with the new splash pool, and my 12 yr old daughter enjoyed the lap pool right next to it. We shopped and ate out most nights, but this is definitely my go-to condo when we come back next year! Thanks 30A Vacay for such a lovely experience!!!

Miserable Experience

This rental was extremely disappointing. The condo was not clean, with mold coming through every vent. The tub was black and had mildewed caulk around the surface, hair on the floor. We rented the condo as it advertised a pull out sofa for our 13 year old daughter to sleep on. When pulled out, the right side bracket was broken and therefore one corner of the bed slanted to the floor. The "mattress" on the pull out sofa was a shallow box spring with an egg crate on top. When attempting to lie on the "mattress", you could feel every spring in your back. Furthermore, the laundry facilities were located inside the "closed pool area". We called the management company to inquire on the laundry facilities and were instructed to disregard the closed pool sign. The pool gate was locked, therefore we had to climb a fence in an attempt to do daily laundry. This week was a highly reserved week in the summer. On our second day in the rental, it was apparent that this was going to be a miserable stay in these conditions. We are frequent visitors to the 30A area and have rented many properties with other agencies without any problems. We called approximately 10 rental agencies trying to find another rental that we could spend the rest of our vacation in. We also called 30A vacay and were told that the only other rental they had available was a studio condo. Our family had planned this vacation for months and it was a miserable start to our week. On Wednesday of our rental week, we finally got a call from Rosemary Cottage Rentals with a large house that we could rent for the remainder of our stay. We were so desperate to get into another rental so that we could enjoy the remainder of our family vacation. We then booked this larger home, which was much more expensive, for the remainder of the week. The management office for 30A vacay agreed to refund our cleaning fee and 1 night's stay due to our conditions. We were told that the remainder could not be refunded as " the owner's count on this income". This was extremely disappointing given the conditions. As I mentioned before, we are frequent visitors to 30A and have never had such a poor experience.

Owner's Response: Hey Lisa- Very sorry you had a bad experience at our beautiful condo. I can assure you the condo was cleaned like it is every week after a guest leaves and the tub was clean as well. We have 3 points of inspection after the condo is cleaned and the bathtub was white and clean upon your arrival. Typically what happens after going to the beach or walking around barefoot to the pool, etc then getting in the tub to take a shower will leave the tub dirty looking just from all the dirt and sand that gets picked up by feet during the day. The tub being dirty was reported to us by you the second day after your kids had showered, so that was most likely the issue as it was clean and white beforehand. Regarding the sleeper sofa - it was in perfect working condition all summer up until your arrival. When you reported the broken arm to the sleeper sofa we sent maintenance out to attempt to repair it. It wasn't repairable so a new sleeper sofa was ordered and is currently in the condo working great again. Very sorry for that inconvenience on your trip. The laundry facility - the pool next to this building was under construction for a few months this summer. All previous guests were allowed to use the laundry facility next to this pool during this time, however, when you arrived they locked the gate without informing us. There is another laundry facility in the complex that we then directed you to after you notified us about the gate being locked. This studio unit condo is located in Seacrest Beach, which is located directly next door to Rosmeary Beach. Rental and home prices in Rosemary Beach are much more expensive than those in Seacrest Beach. Again, we are very sorry you had a bad experience at our condo and never wish that upon any of our guests. Thank you for the feedback

Loved it!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our 20th Anniversary/Thanksgiving get away! The welcoming smell, and relaxing vibes, really made vacationing on the beach that much better. The dimming chandeliers in the living space made it perfect for a romantic evening, and vibrant for watching the game! The bed was so comfy, I'm still remembering drifting away to dreamland with ease!! And we were just walking distance from all the boutiques and restaurants! We'll definitely be back soon!!
