Beautiful two bedroom non smoking unit in a family oriented resort. Two levels with bedrooms on 2nd level; living, dining and kitchen on lower level. Covered parking. Condo is located near the center of the complex directly across the street from the clubhouse. The gated resort property has four pools, one kiddie pool, a hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, miniature golf, work-out equipment, a club house, pool tables and well lit and secure streets. Entrances on both Front Beach Road and Back Beach Road with gated security at both entrances.. It is located on the quiet west-end of the beach and is less than two miles from Pier Park and 1/2 a mile to Winn Dixie and CVS. Frank Brown Park is less than two miles down the road. The airport is 15 minutes away. Coconuts Restaurant is walking distance from the Condo (located on Front Beach Road). It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also located close to Thomas' Doughnuts and Mike's Diner.

Master Suite: King size bed with private bath. Opens out to front deck having table with umbrella and chairs and back balcony overlooking patio and lush backyard.

2nd bedroom: Queen size bed with private bath.

Living Area: Queen size sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, large flat screen tv with cable provided, and half bath. French doors open to back patio with a lush, relaxing atmosphere.

Kitchen: New appliances including glass cooktop stove, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and any cookware you may need.

Unit includes washer and dryer.

Patio: Tiled back patio in relaxing setting with table, chairs, covered swing and grill.

Why Pat Senn chose West Panama City Beach

I spent a lot of my summers when growing up at my Aunt's home located in Sunnyside Beach, Florida, which is on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. I love this area of the beach. Our family spent our vacation one summer at Horizon South and I fell in love with the complex. It is a beautiful, family friendly complex also located on the west end of the beach. The condo is just a short walk to the beach and is directly across the street from the clubhouse, miniature golf course, tennis court and three of the pools located in the complex.

What makes this townhome unique

The condo has a large front deck and also a back balcony that looks out over a lush backyard. The tiled back patio is such a calm and relaxing place to just sit and put the rest of the world behind you. The convenience of being able to exit the complex on the beach road or the less congested back beach road makes it a very desirable location.

Area is old and run down

Although the property itself is clean, the area is in poor condition. Immediate condo next door in very bad condition. So bad our two young children could not go outside on the connector balcony. Rather than stay we forfieted our rental and never spent the night on a 7 night rental. No water for much of the first day. Owner nice but .... Not worth the money.

Owner's Response: As mentioned, the condo next door was having new railings installed on the deck which had no bearing on the safety of our deck. The condo next door has never been in bad repair as the owner makes repairs as needed, you just happened to arrive during one of those times where repairs were being made. The note that the HOA left on the door about the water disconnect the next day after your arrival was to repair a water line and was only out for a couple of hours....you left the night before and was not even there during the water outage. Sorry that you felt this way, but I feel that your concerns were unnecessary.

Comforting

Very easy to book, replies within minutes, if I needed anything or had any questions they got back to me right away. The beach was right across the street win Dixie Walmart few min away, everything is close! My stay was very comforting, place was very clean, will definitely come again soon! Highly recommend to families.

Great week at PCB

We had such a wonderful time at PCB this past week. We checked in on Sunday the 19th and left Sunday the 26th. Then owner sent my information regarding gate and door codes the week prior to our visit and sent me a text the morning of the 19th to tell me we could get in early if we were in town. When we arrived we were so pleased with how close the condo was to the pools and walking distance to a public beach access. The condo was very nice, and honestly the pictures on the site do not do the place justice. It was so comfortable and the back patio area is so nice. We spent a lot of time out there and compared to a lot of other condos we walked by we had so much more space. Myself and my mother spent countless hours reading on the swing back there. I can not say enough about how wonderful of a time we had. The only thing i would caution, and this has nothing to do with the condo or owners, is the restaurant at the entrance near the beach was horrible and I would stay clear of eating there. We opted to clean before leaving and was so pleased to get my cleaning deposit back in one day. I will definitely be staying here next time we come to PCB.

We stayed in June, 2016. Wonderful location and very nice. Convenient location...close to the beach, Pier Park, restaurants and Walmart. We will be staying again!
