Well-kept, historic, Victorian era 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in the heart of the city. Same family owners and management for 20+ years. Easy access to local eateries, bars, and all manner of services, stores. Minutes from the capital; 8 blocks East of downtown Denver. You can walk, take the bus, or use a b-cycle to explore downtown and its surrounding neighborhoods. Easy access to Denver's bike trails too.

The apartment has polished hardwood floors, all new area rugs, linens, and kitchen ware. The kitchen and bathroom are bright and clean. One off street parking spot for your convenience.

The apartment has 1 queen bed in the bedroom; and a full-size fold out sofa in the living room. Therefore, the apartment can sleep up to 4 persons.

There is lots to see and explore in the area. The mountain foothills are only 30 minutes away. You can get to a ski area in 75 minutes.

Denver apartment

The apartment was clean, comfortable and pretty quiet. Easy 20 min walk to heart of downtown. Margrette was helpful and response to my questions regarding transportation and grocery stores nearby. Would recommend for 1-2 people.

Loved the locale and comfort!

Let me give some impressions on the property for future users. I have reviewed past comments and I did not find issues with noise in the upstairs apartment or any other critique. I really enjoyed this property as a launching pad for my convention downtown (a wonderful 1.2 mile walk to the convention center, lesser distance to downtown), as well as easy access to the highway for hiking out west (many beautiful places within 30-60 minutes). The owners/managers keep a clean space with all the amenities you need. Even in 95F+ weather, the window AC unit kept things cool in the apartment. I turned it off when I was away, and it quickly cooled things down when I returned, especially when working in concert with the ceiling fans. When I return to Denver, this will be my first choice. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great Location, Perfect Size

We had a great stay at the North Capitol Hill Property. After figuring out the one-way situation to get to designated parking, the entire check-in, stay, and check-out process was seamless. This is a beautiful apartment at the perfect temperature and super clean. Within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants, we found ourselves spending more time out of the apartment than in, but it was a great space to rest our heads after a long day of exploring the city. Margrette was a gracious host and our check-in time was available earlier than expected. I will definitely be staying again the next time we're in Denver!

Great place

I stayed in this VRBO for 2 weeks, it was great. Best thing about this apt is the location. Close to downtown Denver, botanical garden, museum of nature and science and the zoo. Many restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Would definately return.

The smell and the annoying neighbor upstairs.

Denver was amazing! The apartment was cute the bed was comfortable. Close to downtown. The only issue was the upstairs neighbor deliberately bounced and rolled a ball till 2 am. We had a parking space that we are allowed to use, but the last night someone parked in our spot. I am assuming it was the neighbor upstairs.
