This exquisite 1893 victorian home was spared no expense during it's extensive 2004 remodel.There are hardwood floors and master-crafted finishes throughout this 4bed/3.5 bath, three level home featuring an open floor plan, in floor-heat, and abundant natural light.The 600 sqft great room has vaulted t&g ceilings, a massive stone fireplace, lots of glass, and a wet bar. Multiple decks and a wraparound porch allow you to soak in the stunning views from many vantages.

**OHV/ATV Visitors - We are currently not on the OHV route, but it's not a problem to park your trailer at the house. Please do not off-load your truck/trailer at the house. Please respect my neighbors. We are 2 blocks from Greene Street. There is OHV Route information at the house for you to get familiar with during your visit. Please abide by the OHV route regulations.**

About Eileen Fjerstad (Owner) Karen Sites (Manager)

Artist Eileen Fjerstad (Owner) has been painting professionally in the mountains of Southwest Colorado and the deserts of the Four Corners since the mid 1980’s becoming a well-known regional artist.

Karen Srebacic-Sites (Manager). Karen grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, moved to Colorado in 1999 and then to Silverton in 2004. She is an entrepreneur by nature and has owned several successful small businesses. Currently she has a studio in Silverton where she teachers Pilates. Karen enjoys home projects, gardening and outdoor recreation of all types with her husband John and their two dogs.

This place was fantastic!

We came to Silverton for a family wedding and stayed here at the Wildflower House. The accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is well maintained, clean and large. The living spaces are very comfortable and the bedrooms were perfect and private. Plenty of bathrooms to go around. Beautiful upgraded kitchen and dining area. We ate all our meals here. Close to the grocery and liquor store. Easy check-in and out. The owner's artwork is beautiful and added to the experience. The property manager was wonderful and helpful. We needed an early check-in and she was able to make that happen. We would definitely book here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Wildflower and Co.!

Another great stay at the Wildflower House

This was our second stay at this house and we love it. We've already made reservations for 2019. This is a great house with plenty of room. The manager Karen is very accommodating to work with. All features of the house are great and Silverton is my favorite place to stay in the southern Rockies. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking in this area.

Great location! Charming Victorian House

Loved our stay in Silverton! This house was perfect. Sparkling clean when we arrived. House is in great location. One block from grocery store and walking distance into town for shopping a restaurants. We enjoyed the updated spacious kitchen and large family room. Our kids enjoyed playing games and puzzles at the large table. We enjoyed riding our bikes in town, watching the train arrive from Durango, and riding the OHV trails that connected from town.

Great location, very near Greene Street.

Had a wonderful stay, 12 of us, loads of room for all, great location, would stay again 100%.

Within 3 minutes of walking into town.

Perfect house for a relaxing week in the mountains!

The Wildflower house has so much space so you never feel like you're cramped into a hotel room. We cooked and grilled every evening and enjoyed the rear porch to relax out on when the sun was setting. The house was very clean and you can tell someone has put alot of love and work into it.

Beautiful Victorian era house in the San Juan Mountains

The Wildflower house is a beautiful, accommodating home with amazing views and comfortable spaces. We loved our time along the Million Dollar Highway and this home was part of the reason. Convenient to amazing hikes as well as to Ouray and Durango. Walkable to restaurants and shops.

**OHV/ATV Visitors - Your rental deposit of $500 will not be returned to you if there are any problems that arise because you did not follow the OHV regulations, regarding the house rental and the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I have had to implement this policy because of a few that have not abided by the Town of Silverton's OHV rules/regulations while vacationing at the house. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us.
