This cabin sits on 40 acres of private land. Deer, black bear, grouse, rabbit, and turkey are regular visitors to the property. The western property line gives you access to hundreds of acres of state land. To the south sits 120 acres of state land. On the property there are hunting blinds and tree stands overlooking two food plots. The food plot on the western edge is roughly two acres, and the food plot on the eastern edge is roughly 1/4 acre. The cabin itself is up-to-date with one bedroom (4 bunk beds), a full kitchen, a full bathroom, running water, and power. The wood stove heats thoroughly in the fall and winter months. There is a futon couch that would support a 5th guest. The cabin will hold 4 guests comfortably, and 5 would not be out of the question. Outside is a large bonfire pit with a cooking grate and also a charcoal grill. The kitchen comes with a full size refrigerator, a microwave, and a stove/oven (electric).

What makes this Cabin unique
There is just something about being at camp - maybe it's the peaceful air, or the fact there is no noise. Maybe it is dark nights with no street lights or being about to gaze up at the stars or the northern lights on a warm summer night. Maybe it's a camp fire roaring outside on a chilly fall evening. Whatever it is - it will relax you.

U,P, Hunting cabin....
Second year of renting the cabin for deer hunting. We've had a great time. Nice cabin and great hunting both years...
Hunting in the U P
We had a nice week hunting in Michigan. The cabin was nice and clean. The forty acres had mowed paths and was very nice to walk. There was even a resident grouse living in the pines. The owner left maps for us to use which was very helpful. Lot of area to cover in the UP nice to come back to cabin.
Located in the heart of the UP, this cabin is centered between the north shore of Lake Michigan and the south shore of Lake Superior. 40 miles to the north east lies the town of Munising, known nationally for the scenic beauty of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. This town is well known for accomodating visitors for both winter and summer outdoor activities. Hiking, kayaking, boat rentals, boat tours, canoeing, fishing, hunting, cross country skiing, and waterfall viewing are just some of the main attractions this beautiful area has to offer. Multiple outfitters and guide services are available for outdoor adventures. 13 miles to the south lies Little Bay De Noc, a body of water recognized around the world as some of the best walleye fishing available.
