We rent a beautifully furnished, top-general renovated apartment in an elegant century building in a quiet location. The house is only a few hundred steps from the Volksoper. The area offers a wide variety of fine shops, many restaurants, the General Hospital (AKH), WUK, WIFI Wien and the Medical University of Vienna.

Both apartments are renovated, furnished and are equipped with WiFi (for free).

The Wiener Stadthalle with its versatile offer of events and concerts is only 5 U-Bahn stations (15min) away.

Supermarkets, drugstores/chemists, pharmacy, bank (with ATM), florist, dry cleaner, bakery (vis-a-vis entrance) are all within a 5 minutes walking distance.

Nearby is the Café-Restaurant Weimar - one of the most traditional classic Viennese coffeehouses in Vienna's 9th district.

Entertainment: For the party-goers there is the party area on Vienna's Belt (The Chelsea, the Buddha Bar, the Loft, the B72, the Q and Brandauers Bierbögen).

The WUK (Werkstätten- und Kulturhaus) ist only a few minutes walk away and offers a one of Europe's biggest independent cultural center a very broad spectrum of events, exhibitions, concerts, workshops, ...

Ein Traum...

Wir waren eine Woche auf Hochzeitsreise in Wien und sind eher zufällig zu dieser Wohnung gekommen. Lage, Zustand und Ausstattung sind geradezu perfekt für eine Wien-Woche, die man ja eigentlich mindestens zweimal im Jahr braucht.
