Free parking is available on the street adjacent to the building, includes Wi-Fi, TV w/ Amazon Firestick (Netflix), fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, and on-site laundry facility, linens, towels, sheets, etc. Great for short or long term stays.

This property was in need of deep cleaning and a few repairs. It looked tired and run down.
The ice maker and water dispenser didn't work, the kitchen wasn't equipped with salt, pepper, sugar and the cabinets appeared dirty and sticky and needed updating The furniture was black vinyl but not one decor item was present. There wasn't even soap in the bathroom or napkins or paper towels. It has the potential to be a nice place but the linens need to be replaced, they were worn out, while the cooking utensils were sub standard and the ceiling A/C vent was falling down at the entrance door. The bathroom towel rack was not secure in the wall and the bathroom floor tiles were worn and spotty. The stopper in the master sink was missing and there wasn't even a bedside lamp in the master. I took it from the second bedroom to use in the master. Worst of all is the entrance code given to me didn't work but luckily the manager was available to let me in. I would not recommend staying there and if I wasn't so busy for the two nights I reserved it, I would have requesting something else.
As advertised we do not keep perishables or other necessities in this apartment as we have so many people going in and out and they tend to waste, which we wish to avoid. We have just hired a NEW cleaning company which is going above and beyond our expectations for cleanliness. We have completely replaced all linens on this unit as well. We carry all basic cooking and eating utensils in the kitchen for our guests stay. The AC and towel racks have been tightened and bolted down. We have added more lighting throughout the house with brighter bulbs as well. We also read our guests reviews and take it as constructive criticism to improve.
The Neighborhood Convenient neighborhood with shops & restaurants. Great public transportation. Convenient to 101 Freeway. Easy access to Los Feliz's hip restaurants, cafes, clubs, organic market, Metro, Bus, and Griffith Park. Walking distance to best Hospitals, including Children's, Kaiser, Hollywood Presbyterian. Getting Around Public transportation is all around you. Never more than a block away! Other Things to Note If you like easy, down-home living, this is a perfect place to live in without the hassle of ownership.
