Enjoy the breathtaking, direct gulf front view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. This Condo features nine foot ceilings. Indoor & Outdoor Pools/ Tennis Court, Jacuzzi in Master Bath. It also has an outdoor grilling area with charcoal grills.

The master bedroom features a king bed with direct access to the balcony overlooking the gulf , flat screen TV very nicely decorated. The adjoining master bath features a garden tub/w/jacuzzi, separate shower, double vanity and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, private bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, flat screen TV, the adjoining bath has shower and is shared with access to hallway.

The unit features a full, well equipped kitchen, wet bar with party ice machine and full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy sunrise and sunsets from the large, Gulf front balcony.

This unit may not meet federal guide lines for the handicapped, but it does have wide doors and the complex has two elevators for access. There is handicapped parking with ramps.

Enjoy the nice new beautiful Gulf side pool as well as the indoor heated pool. Sunbathe until your heart is content on the pool loungers or the beach concession, or bring your own for use on the beach.

This is a non smoking unit. No pets are allowed.

$300 deposit required per rental/week. Deposit may be applied to balance due at owners discretion. $125.00 Cleaning charge added to all rentals. Lodging tax of 11% will be added to total of rent and cleaning. Discounts apply to Saturday to Saturday rentals only.

This rental was fantastic!! Easy to get to. Very nice people to deal with.

The condo was better than expected. Clean, Roomy, and Comfortable.

Will rent again! The Owner is a very nice person to deal with. He does everything he says he will and in a very timely manner. ( which is very hard to find these days).

Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Very Nice

Very nice condo, and has everything you would need to spend a week. Right on the beach and yet it still has two swimming pools. Kids loved it and each evening we would take flashlights and catch small ghost crabs (turn them loose near the water). Really close to the zoo which was a blast. All appliances worked, and the AC was cold.

Really Great Condo

This condo is beautiful and is very clean and well maintained. The view is amazing!! The walkway to the beach is really easy even when you are loaded down with beach chairs. It is right around the corner from the elevator so unloading and loading your luggage is very easy. The owner is very nice and provides excellent customer service. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all our friends.

GREAT CONDO

Very very nice condo with LOTS of room. Very spacious. Great location! Everything well stocked. The manager is awesome and would recommend this condo to ALL of my friends and family. Security guard extremely nice and cleaning service very prompt and efficient!! Right around the corner from the elevator and close walk to the beach. What more could you ask for!!
