Frisco is a warm and friendly ski town located just off of I-70 inside beautiful Summit County Colorado. Frisco is located a short, scenic 1 hour and 45 minute drive directly west on 1-70 from the Denver International Airport. Arriving at the airport you can either rent a car or hire a shuttle service to drop you right at the front door of this conveniently located townhouse.

Frisco’s central location provides quick and easy access to Six World Class Ski Resorts: Copper Mountain (10 minutes); Breckenridge (15 minutes); Keystone (20 minutes); Arapahoe Basin (25 minutes); Vail (30 minutes); Beavercreek (35 minutes).

While you are here, you can leave your car at home and walk to the shuttle stop on Main Street where you can catch a free ride to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon or Keystone for a day of skiing, shopping or sightseeing.

In the heart of Frisco, on Main Street, you will find a wonderful array of restaurants and shops all within a short five to ten minute walk of this quiet townhome. A five minute drive or 10 minute bike ride down the road will take you to Safeway, Whole Foods or Walmart for your daily shopping needs. Drive a bit further to Silverthorne and enjoy a wide selection of outlets shops.

Beautiful Lake Dillon is a short, easy 10 minute walk from the house where you can enjoy pier fishing, rent a boat or kayak, view July 4th Fireworks or share a summer refreshment. Enjoy all of this while you bask in the Colorado sunshine and soak in the amazing beauty of the majestic mountains surrounding this high mountain lake.

Bike Rentals are available within walking distance of the house which is a great reason to try out the more than 200 miles of paved bike paths that link Summit County with the Vail Valley.

Hiking is abundant around Frisco and Summit County. You will find several scenic hikes for every level within just minutes of your doorstep and hundreds more if you are willing to venture only a few minutes down the road.

The townhouse has a completely new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances that includes a quiet dishwasher, a family sized refrigerator, a glass cooktop, and a microwave. The expansive granite countertop with surrounding seating provides plenty of prep space for family meals and a great spot for a quick breakfast. Additionally, on the main level you will find a newly remodeled ¾ bath, a living room with a wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), a good sized dining table with comfortable seating for 6 and a 50” flat panel smart TV.

Upstairs you will find 2 master bedrooms (both with brand new King size beds) each with its’ own en-suite bathroom boasting dual sinks. The second bedroom leads to a 3rd level loft where you will find two new twin XL beds suitable for children and/or adults. The layout of this home makes it an ideal vacation rental for two couples or a family. Each bedroom has its own flat panel, smart, HD TV with cable box that provides a broad HD cable lineup. Additionally, at your bedside you will find plugs and ports for charging your phone, laptop or IPad while you sleep.

Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.

  • 5 of 5

Our stay at Silver Lining Resort was awesome! The condo was super clean and we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything needed to cook breakfast every morning. We had a fire going and relaxed in the evening. A variety of board games and books were available as well.

The owner was prompt to respond to my questions.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

A beautiful and immaculate townhouse

  • 5 of 5

We were 3 adults (myself, husband, and son) in Frisco for 3 nights before attending a conference in Denver. The condo was spotless, well designed, with lovely high quality furnishings. Full sized w/d, 3 bathrooms (all w/showers)....so a larger group would still feel comfortable. The anteroom and mud room prevent tracking in dirt and cold. This home is in a quiet part of Frisco and yet w/in walking distance to town. The hospitality instructions (e.g. keyless locks, Internet, tv, grill, fireplace, etc.) were clear and basic items already stocked in kitchen. I hope to stay here again!

Convenient to Main Street, CLEAN, BEST beds!

  • 5 of 5

Valerie's condo is wonderful! Friendly, quiet neighbors for our 7 week stay. And a very easy walk to Main St. The beds were all awesome! Loved that we had 2 King beds and 2 twins in the loft....high quality bedding, too! That part was so, so welcome! The condo is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you'd need. Loved having Netflix and cable on every tv (3). The kitchen had multiple pans for stovetop and oven......plenty of dishes, knives, cutting boards. Valerie arranged for housekeeping every 2 weeks which was a treat. The only recommendation I could make is to have at least one shower with a handheld shower. Valerie was always very responsive to my emails.....though I only had to email her once while we were there. Thanks, Valerie!

Loved it!

  • 5 of 5

The Silver Lining Retreat townhome was an awesome place to stay. The place was immaculate! The kitchen was well stocked with new cooking supplies. Even firewood was supplied.

The loft in the bedroom was perfect for my kids. The location was great..near a park and within walking distance to the town of Frisco. The king beds were comfortable and the selection of Netflix and Direct TV stations was more than we needed and such a nice extra. We would stay again! Thank you so much!
