I'm a retired attorney, grew up in small town in the Texas panhandle, and Don was a home inspector and Air Force brat.

Why Paula James chose Ridgway

We moved to Ridgway because we love to be outdoors and there's no more beautiful place in the world to hike, enjoy neighbors, and hang out in town.

We built this beautiful house, just two doors from our home, and have lovingly furnished and landscaped it. This is our retirement income, but we want it to also create great memories for all of our guests. We used to take our vacations in this area--beautiful times with our family in the most gorgeous scenery you can imagine. We want to give our guests just such priceless memories.

What makes this house unique

The huge living room, comfortably furnished, gives you an ideal space to spread out and gaze at the mountains in every direction. The well-stocked, sunny kitchen and dining room are part of the living space and let you prepare and enjoy your meals without ever leaving the family.

Two decks, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom, offer spacious outdoor areas for meals or just relaxing and taking in the outdoors.

Gorgeous home!

The views are stunning! The home is luxurious, well laid out, very roomy. A quiet street but short walk to town and excellent restaurants, shopping. Hiking, biking, fishing, jeeping--all right here.
