At home feel with easy access to Castro and Noe Valley in the center of SF.

This is a bottom flat of a two unit condo with views of the city from the front and views of twin peaks from the back of the house. It is very centrally located between "The Castro" and Noe Valley with easy access to MUNI. There's a full kitchen, back yard has a grill and sometimes there's one car tandem parking available as well.

I am properly registered with the city of SF Office of Short Term Rental my Registration # is STR-0001245

I've lived in SF since 1993 when I moved here to go to SF State. I love SF and find myself always being the tourist experience this city for the first time. I travel often for work and pleasure and know what it's like to live in a hotel and how much nicer it is to experience a city by living in a house that feels like home. Though, I haven't had any complaints from any guests, I do like to remind all renters that this is a first floor unit (2nd european floor) that has a neighbor above it. 'They are quiet for the most part but you can hear them walking in their home. Those who are extremely sensitive to sound may want to look for a top floor unit or single family home as many SF properties will have upstairs neighbors.

Great stay!

Great place to stay. It was nice to return to a quiet place away from the busy city activities. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Loved having a parking spot - very important in San Francisco. Tyson was great to work with and had everything we needed.

Lovely neighborhood and very nice property

We enjoyed out stay - the apartment has everything we needed for a 5 day stay. We found the neighborhood very quiet but just close enough to walk to find restarunts and shopping. UBER and LYFT were readily available anytime we wanted to go a distance.

Great place with fantastic city views

This place had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in San Francisco. The neighborhood is lovely. It was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops but a little hilly on the return trip. The place was well stocked with towels and everyday necessities, including guide books and transit cards. We used one of the books to guide us on a walking tour of the Haight which was really fun. My boyfriend got food poisoning and had to stay in on Saturday night but he wrapped up in the nice blanket and rested while the rest of us went out to continue our SF adventure. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tyson.
