About Rodney Campbell
We live just down the road from the property and normally meet our guests upon arrival to review some details associated with the home to help you get aquainted with the home.
Rodney Campbell purchased this House in 2003
Why Rodney Campbell chose Richfield Springs
This is a one of the nicest homes on this lake, built in 2003. The pictures tell the whole story and there will be no suprises when you get here. If the lake isn't enough we have toys, games, foosball, air hockey, and an arcade game for the kids. We are about a 15 minute ride to the heart of Cooperstown and all the attractions. Just close enough to be there in a short time but just far enough away to avoid any traffic and noise that comes with it.
What makes this House unique
The home is literally steps from the water, there is also a fire pit, large patio with a grill, 2 Kayaks for our guests, and a jetted jacuzzi tub. Along with a well equipped game room for the kids with air hockey, foosball, Pacman Arcade game set to free play, and board games.

Great place to stay!
Easy check-in. House had everything we needed.
Great place, great location, great owners.
Among the many outstanding features of this property is the view. It is unparalleled. The lake view is unobstructed. There is a great island directly opposite the house that only enhances the view. There are a variety of amenities in the house including kayaks, floating toys, fishing poles, and a variety of other non water entertainment features. We use them all! Both are children and we all had a great time at the house. Rodney was excellent to deal with, very responsive, and very helpful.
House on the lake
We were in town for week #4 Cooperstown Dreamspark.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was VERY clean and beds were comfortable.
Beautiful view of the lake and my son and I even took the challenge and kayaked to the island. We didn't do any swimming but my son and husband had fun fishing on the dock.
A few things to know for incoming travelers.
~ The house has well water, so stock up on bottled water and ice before you get there.
~ When you pull in and park there are a set of stairs to carry your luggage down. The 2 main bedrooms are on that level which makes it convenient for dropping luggage in your rooms. If you go up a flight of steps there is a pullout coach and a bedroom with a full bed, a twin and a trundle bed. Send your kids up there to sleep;)
The kitchen and TV room is on the lower level which is down a flight of stairs from the main level you enter on. *For kids, moms and dads these stairs are a breeze...but there a lot of grandparents that travel with families to Cooperstown so keep this in mind if your traveling with Grandparents.
Drive to Dreamspark is about 30 minutes.
Only suggestion would be: Bath towels are due to be replaced.
100% I would recommend this property and stay again!
Beautiful lake house. Amazing sunsets. Good fishing. Peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed
Great Lake House
We really enjoyed our stay at the Allstar Lakehouse. It was right on the lake, which was so peaceful. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also there are two fire pits!
It was only a five minute drive from town to get groceries, food, etc. and only a 20 minute drive from Cooperstown. We definitely recommend staying here.
Property is in excellent condition. Owner was thorough at checkin, gave a couple helpful hints and was available for questions. Wish it had been a little warmer to enjoy lake activities.
We are located approximatly fifteen minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame, Farmers Museum, Fenimore House (Art), Glimmerglass Opera, Clarks Sports Center and Leatherstocking Golf Course.
Within an hours drive is Howe Caverns and the Turning Stone Resort Casino which has 3 world class golf courses.
