A beatiful loft near the city town (only 4km from the Dome of Florence). Cas di Emy is a beautiful loft edited by Emanuela and me.The apartment is located in the town Cionfo, next to the entrance of Villa Salviati (now home to the Historical Archives of the European Union) built on the castle of Montegonzi on the end of the fifteenth century. It is assumed, therefore, that the apartment where you will stay once was an annex of the servants of the villa Alamanno Salviati (who, by the way, was the one who introduced the cultivation of grapes in Tuscany salamanna and jasmine). Even so, despite the front door of the building is on the way, the apartment, which has a second door after a small scale, it is very peaceful and quiet due to its views of the back, where you can see soar trees of gigantic park of Villa Salviati and at night also hear the singing of some owl.
In summer you can enjoy some small breeze of hills and a difference of about 3 or 4 degrees less by the heat of the crowded center of Florence.
Emy house is a loft of 60 sq.m. mezzanine, it renovated 8 years ago. Its structure is completely open. In the loft rooms (with double bed and futon) and the underside of the living room with fireplace, sofa bed, a small kitchen area, bathroom and access to the terrace. The apartment is equipped with dishes, linens, hair dryer, etc. Wi-Fi.
About 20 meters from the house you can take bus # 25 which will take you straight to the center in ten minutes clock. Near the bus stop, if ever there was a light bite before leaving, you also have a great deli with homemade sandwiches.
The surrounding area is to be explored, even on foot, after leaving the main road. In front of you (and sometimes above you) only hills or fields of olive trees and roads lined with stone walls. In short, nothing is missing. We put a lot of passion and experience in restructuring Emy House: we hope that you too can fully enjoy in your stay.
