This newly decorated and furnished end unit is an excellent choice for the couple or family looking for their home away from home. This unit sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. It features a newly installed Whole house Guardian Purification System (for those who suffer from allergies), Free WiFi, Cable TV, Granite counter tops in the Kitchen and Master bathroom. Stainless Steel french Refrigerator with newly stocked kitchen utensils and counter top appliances along with upper and lower ambient kitchen lighting. The Master Bedroom Suite features a King bed, walk-in shower, clock radio/iPhone docking station, 42' flat screen Smart TV, DVD player and a sliding glass door to the covered balcony overlooking the Gulf. The Middle Bedroom features 2 Full beds, 32' flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, and it's own private balcony also with wonderful views of the Gulf. The Front bedroom features a Queen bed, 32' flat screen Smart TV, DVD player and a view of a lake and gazebo. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo which is perfect for your guests. This unit also comes with a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The dining room seats 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. Great stay with great views.

Bob McNinch, the Rental Operations Manager was great to work with. He made for sure everything was taken care of and that we had everything we needed during our stay. Unit 438 was in a good spot with great views. The unit was well taken care of and was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is great!

Our family had a great vacation. This condo was very nice with all the amenities of home. Plenty of cooking utensils for cooking in the condo for the nights you just want to stay In and relax. I loved getting up every morning and going out on the large balcony with my book. Reading and listening to the waves is a great way to relieve the stress from the everyday work environment. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and I will be checking the bookings for our next vacation to Florida

Highly satisfied with the condo. Perfect views of the beach area with more than enough balcony space

We took this short vacation to get away and rest. Bob and his condo provided the perfect space to do exactly what we had planned. Bob suggested we consider Fisherman's Corner and Perdido Bay Seafood, fresh right off the boats. We had Sunday brunch at the Corner and bought fresh shrimp and scallops at Perdido Bay which we prepared back at the condo. If we stay in this area again, we would rent this unit again. Gerald, KY.

This is the view that you saw everyday!!

We were there for 14 days... The condo had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had delphines swimming by every morning and evening. We found a great restaurant Fisherman's excellent shrimp and fish dishes... We went to Joe Patti fish market... The condo even had a beach blanket. We hope to be coming back next year from 3 weeks.

available if we needed him which we didn't. I loved the place!!!!

Awesome stay!

Bob,

Thank-you for sharing this beautiful home with us. It felt like a four star hotel from the moment we entered, yet also felt like home. The home is upscale with beautiful furnishing and great style. We loved all the finishing touches and extras put in to the home and our stay.

The view of the ocean was unbelievable. I loved having my coffee on the veranda each morning. We definitely will be back again.
