Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and wine cooler, as well as other miscellaneous amenities for your use. Hardwood laminates and porcelain tile throughout most of home. This is a ground floor unit just steps from a beautiful relaxing beach and pool! The beach is approximately 5 miles away. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels are available in the unit.

About Mark & Shirley Vitale
We are Shirley and Mark Vitale. We are 51 years old and purchased this condo last year. This is not just a rental to us, we use it personally for the time it is not rented. The rent just assists in paying the mortgage. We are both professionally employed in New Jersey. We hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do and put the same care as we do into it.

Really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo. Tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. Great location. The owner was great to deal with and very responsive.
This is located ideally for pool access. Appliances were new and very nice, granite counter tops good, new flooring, TV's all very nice. Kitchen not well stocked. I had to go buy aluminum pans in order to bake a casserole because I found no casserole dishes, borrowed a cake pan to do a cake for St. Patrick's day party, found no muffin pan to bake muffins, and no pitcher even to make a pitcher of tea.
While the new flooring etc. was very nice the finish work was not attractive. In the bathroom, there was paint or caulk smeared on the walls, in main area there places where things were spackled and just painted over and not sanded smooth, paint by laundry room did not even go all the way to trim, etc. The price on this unit was high; other people I talked to who were renting were paying only $2300 - $2500. I asked about the condition of these units and was told, yes, new appliances, granite countertops and very nice. There should be a light at each end of the sofa so two people can sit and read in the evening. This unit definitely needs a little TLC in the finish and furnishing to be tops and worth the price.
Thank you for your review of our condo. We appreciate feedback of all types. This is the first we are hearing that the kitchen was not as equipped as one may have liked. We will certainly look into the before our next renter is scheduled - we had two pitchers and several baking pans in stock and are not sure why they were not there for your stay. We stay competitive with our pricing for the Naples area and since our condo is one of only a few units that has been updated with wood flooring, granite and new bathrooms we do charge a bit more than some of the units that are in the original form. If others were paying less, we have no control of that. The photos on the VRBO website are exact photos of the unit and have not been edited. We hope future renters enjoy their stay as much as all the others!
