Very close to everything downtown!
The condo is very immaculate and clean. Everything you would need is there. Bed and sofa are very comfortable. Rooftop was amazing and quiet. This property is very quiet, we only seen a handful of residents in a week. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants. We took a lyft everywhere further out. This listing should reflect its a studio and not an actual bedroom. We knew this ahead of time and was ok with it. Two of us stayed a week and was quite comfortable as we were gone most of the time. Communication with the renting manager of this property was outstanding, you can’t go wrong with this rental.
Didn't get the room I booked
First off, this apartment and building is 5 star! It was very clean, well stocked, new and modern. I would definitely stay in this building again and would recommend this it to anyone visiting the area. HOWEVER, I base my 2 star review on my experience. I booked this apartment based on the photos I viewed on line. I wanted a 1 bedroom place with a nice shower. What I got was not this apartment, but one that was similar with different layout. It had a dividing wall between the living area and bed (not a bedroom), and the shower was a tub/shower combo, not a walk in shower. When I contacted management via email, my contact did not understand my issue. I reiterated that the room I was staying in was not what I paid for as seen on line. The following morning I received this response - "Hello, sorry for my delay get back to you. I was waiting for a response back from our channel management company. I've actually never seen that apartment before. I've learned that we have four units in that building that all have the identical footprint (nope). The unit the year (that you're?) in happens to be the ADA compliant unit we have. This is why the island is different and the countertops are all a few inches shorter then the other three units. other than that, they are identical (not) and were furnished with exactly the same home decor all the way down to the coffee maker (agreed). Sorry for any confusion. Thank you". Again, not what I saw in the photos and definitely not what I paid for. Also, upon arrival and checking in, the lockbox combo I was provided with did not open my rooms lockbox (404), but did open lockbox 304, which had no key. I called the number in the correspondence email but had to leave a message. I did receive a call back immediately, and was able to open the correct lockbox and eventually get to my room. I believe that I was given the wrong room information prior to check in, and the key was put into the wrong room box, and this is why I got the wrong apartment. Ultimately, all I really needed was a place to shower and sleep, so I was not put out, just frustrated that once again I got the shaft. Otherwise I had a an awesome time checking out the area and law school, and apartment searching with my son. Very nice place. Stay here if you get the chance!!
Hi Ron, sorry for the confusion. As we tried to explain, we are a very large corporate housing company with multiple properties in each building. We need to do a better job of explaining our process. Totally our fault. All of our apartments are identical in square footage and furnishings. One apartment, the one you have, is our ADA compliant apartment. 99% of our guests don't care about the shower/tub difference, and one apartment is the same as the other to them. We understand this was important to you, and we do apologize. Thank you for your feedback.
Quite a lovely property. Perfect location for dining and entertainment. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: clean, nice facility, close to everything, happy hour runs from 11-6 at the restaurant next door. Good for a couple. Great website with videos, recommendations, and house rules. Owner is responsive.
Cons: this is a studio apartment not a 1 bedroom. The pictures are from a different apartment. Our deposit was returned later than specified in the contract.
Hi Stephanie, your deposit was not returned later that stated in the contract. HomeAway/VRBO handles this. We never see your deposit. It's always returned 7 days after check out. If this was not your experience, you need to contact your booking company.
Regarding the photos, I believe you're statement here is misleading others, as well. We have many identical sized units in this building. Maybe the photos on the wall are not in the same arrangement, but every other item, all the way down to the cheese grater, is the same. We have about 2 dozen properties in different buildings downtown, and all are furnished identically. We wish you would have contacted us with any concerns prior to posting a negative review here. We are not able to help if you do not give us a chance.
Great unit- close to the action. Nice accommodations. Would stay here again!
