About Fred Cifelli
We bought unit 102 in early 2017 to use as a vacation home, but quickly realized that friends and family should be able to enjoy it too. So consider yourselves our friends and come enjoy all the area has to offer.

Why Fred Cifelli chose Crescent Beach
With no "high rise" condos with almost a mile in either direction, the beach is nowhere near as crowded as you find at Mar Vista to the north or Bahama Sands further south. Leave your beach chairs and umbrellas at home, we have you covered and comfortable.
What makes this Condo unique
Close enough to walk and far enough away from the noise and lights of Main Street, we think Palmetto Dunes is the perfect place for families to escape the hustle and bustle and reconnect with each other.

Steffanie, we were glad to have you and your family. Thanks!
We had a great time and stay. Fred and his wife were very kind and we had no concerns. Directly on the beach and the condo was clean.
Thanks Quinn. Nicole was happy to have had the chance to meet you and your family. We're glad you had a good time!
Palmetto Dunes is only 10 short blocks from Main Street where you will find something for everyone. Nightlife for adults, a seasonal amusement park for the kids, shopping for the whole family, and restaurants serving delicious, fresh seafood is just a quick walk away. If dancing is your thing, you have to try Ducks and Fat Harolds. When the kids want a snack, Melt is a must with some of the best ice cream North Myrtle Beach has to offer. If it's pizza you want, we have that too, right on Main Street. But for a real treat try Benitos Brick Oven pizza on Highway 17, just a few blocks south of Krispy Kreme donuts. Can you hang on for 8 seconds? Try the mechanical bull at Dale Jr's Whisky River bar and grill, or just catch the game and have a beverage and some wings. Bowling more up your alley? 710 is a venue like no other. With pool tables, corn hole boards, video games, and a full restaurant there is enough going on to forget you're even in a bowling alley. The always popular Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets are just a quick drive south. And car troubles are no trouble with a Firestone Complete Auto Care center only blocks away.
