On the edge of the proposed new City central park and near CoWork and GHS medical campus this is a great location for enjoying Greenville. Complete with brand new appliances and washer and dryer. Small outdoor patio and green space. 2 parking spaces. Part of a 4 plex with long term tenants in the other three units. Perfect for long term corporate stays, traveling nurses, weekend stays or relocation stays. Dogs welcome if they are quiet and well behaved. Close to the museum campus in downtown Greenville.

About Wendy Lynam

I own the Swamp Rabbit Inn in the West End of downtown Greenville, a six bedroom European style inn. We rent bikes from our Bike Shed at the inn and host Truck Inn Tuesdays from June - August in the parking lot of the inn with food trucks, live music and local makers. We like to offer our guests the experience of living like a local when they stay in our properties. We are always available to offer suggestions to make the most out of your stay in Greenville. We love the cycling culture here and can help you navigate the perfect rides, hikes, and experiences. We have three other vacation rentals in addition to the Swamp Rabbit Inn our flagship property. The Swamp Rabbit Lodge (sleeps 24) is a 5 bedroom mid-century modern ranch (Jetson's Style) on 12 acres near Furman University, near the bike trail. It sits on 12 acres and we carved our own mountain bike/nature trail through the property. It will shares the land with our Furman Cottage (sleeps 13) a cozy cottage. Both properties have hot tubs and bonfire pits. We also own the Swamp Rabbit Cottage (sleeps 5) just down the street. It's a mill house rehab, same IKEA style, in another up and coming neighborhood in West Greenville on the edge of the proposed City park and just steps from the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We like to offer unique alternatives to hotels and lodging where you can live like a local and really get the feel of Greenville.

I am a licensed real estate agent and real estate investor. I love to bring old properties back to life to help others gather and make memories or just have a stylish, function place to crash for a few days. If you are considering relocating to Greenville, I would love to chat with you. I chose Greenville over 11 years ago after living in Chicago for 18 years. I have never looked back. Why Wendy Lynam chose Greenville

The growth in Greenville is spreading rapidly to West Greenville. I own 5 mill houses a few blocks away and I have found the neighborhoods of West Greenville to be very peaceful. I love the proximity of this property to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, downtown Greenville and CoWork. I believe the proposed City park along both sides of the Reedy River and Mayberry Street will come to fruition just like Falls Park and I am passionate about taking miserable buildings and turning them into the gem on the block with a funky IKEA look. I like to offer pet friendly lodging to people staying a few nights, digging in for a few weeks or months or those coming to check out the area with an eye on relocation. I love the way this property turned out and took some chances on the exterior design. I love bright, modern and industrial looks that have really function, clean spaces. This is one of my bigger undertakings and I look forward to owning and managing this building for years to come and see how the area develops.

Diamond in the Rough!

Well, when we arrived in the area, it seemed a little sketchy; however, after getting comfortable with the surroundings and exploring the area, we found that it was very peaceful and quite! Wendy has created an atmosphere in the interior that makes you feel at home! Very nicely decorated, simple and clean and a Great Location to Downtown! Just a few minutes away!! We could hear the neighbors going up and down the stairs at times, but hey its an attached unit sharing common walls, to be expected! Overall, we would recommend this unit to anyone! Wendy was very helpful when asked about things to do in the area and courteous! First time using VRBO and very pleased with the experience and would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Wendy ;-)

Very Happy !

The rental was very clean, up to date and well stocked. Plenty of cable channels, Wi-Fi was great and close to downtown Greenville and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The owner was awesome.., had a small issue and she took care of it immediately. I was very impressed and will definitely stay again.

Clean, very well accommodated two story apartment.

The apartment was conveniently located to Downtown. I was able to walk to work every day. Although the apartment is located in a developing neighborhood, the area is completely safe and quiet, and I looked forward to returning home each night. I didn't question my safety as the specific area where the apartment is located is very well maintained, with bamboo growing in the backyard and fenced in by a nice wooden fence. There is even a security system should you feel the need to use activate it. The apartment is furnished with everything you could need. Two bedrooms with a queen bed each, plenty of linens with comfortable pillows. Even the couch on the first floor is very comfortable and has comfortable pillows. The bathroom is supplied with many tools, as well as body wash and hair soaps. The kitchen was well stocked with ample bowls and utensils, and all necessary cooking materials. The apartment has is own washer and dryer. The heating system worked wonderfully well, and the apartment received a nice breeze from the outside when the windows were opened. Being close to downtown, you are also close to all the stores and shops that downtown has to offer. Wendy was very responsive and communicative. The apartment was extremely well maintained and cared for, and I actually had to text Wendy to express how impressed I was with the place! I had a wonderful experience staying here and would highly recommend it.

Clean and accessible

The condo is efficient and comfortable. The mattresses are adequately comfortable and one of the beds had memory foam type pillows. The yard was great for letting our house trained small dog out at night since it was raining and the streets are not well lit. Other reviewers have noted this is a neighborhood in an emerging transition, which is true. The grocery store at McBee Station was 7 minutes away. The kitchen is well-appointed and has a great coffee-maker. The owner even stocked up with coffee and creamers and Equal, but you may want to bring your own sugar. It draws bugs, so nobody liked to leave it in a rental. Pots and pans are non-stick, which was great for scrambling breakfast eggs. The only limitation was one bathroom to share between five people, but we expected that. The owner was great to communicate with and responsive. Internet speeds were awesome: 30 plus Mbps download. Didn't watch any TV, so no feedback on that. All in all, we rested well and enjoyed our stay. There are railroad tracks nearby, but the trains all ran in the middle of the day, so noise was not a problem.
