Had a wonderful anniversary here!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Bear’s Treehouse. I liked how we were in a quiet location in the middle of the arts& craft community. Did some shopping at the local stores listed on the map in the arts & craft community. Friendly shop owners! We were less than 10 mins to downtown Gatlinburg and about 20 to 30 mins to Alum cave trail. Then about an hour away to Cade’s Cove. Amazing views!! Cabin pros & cons; PROS: inside cabin was very clean and roomy,ac was on set to cool 68 which was much appreciated, well stocked kitchen, plenty towels, hot tub clean and functional, quiet area, less than 5 mins to grocery & liquor stores and fast food places; CONS: front door needs to be pressure washed; extremely steep incline parking, no steps to get into hot tub, no handle bar to climb into shower/tub, no washer/dryer but coin laundromat 5mins away, no pet friendly area to walk fur babies at least none that I could find, bed needs to be replaced-it was too firm and made loud noise when turning over disturbing fur baby & spouse sleeping, and the view to the mountains were very obstructed by trees so this listing really shouldn’t be under ‘mountain view’ category. This is a great cabin in a good location close to everything and if you don’t plan on hanging out much there and going to be doing a good bit of sightseeing. My hubby and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at this cabin!
Clean and fun
Perfect size for two people! So nice of them to allow pets. We will be back!
This cabin was great! Loved how close to downtown Gatlinburg it was.
