This waterfront old bay cottage is located on tranquil Weeks Bay Estuary situated between Fairhope and Foley with our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches to the south. There are 2 bedrooms to sleep 4 and one bath. The cottage is small and perfect for a family of four. Be sure to take time to sit back and enjoy the pristine wildlife including bald eagles, osprey and dolphins. This area is known for its glorious sunsets and delicious seafood.. The home provides renters with the option of active watersport days or relaxing days on the breezy, bay front screen porch; it's your choice!
This is truly what you a Bay Cottage. It does not have cable, but it does have high-speed internet and a smart tv. If you are looking to enjoy the outdoors and the surrounding area, this is the perfect place for you!
If you are interested in bringing your dog, please note you will need to check pet fee when inquiring to get the correct rate. There is a pet fee of $100.00 for each pet, which is non-refundable and non-negotiable.

My husband and I moved to the area when our children were in high school approximately 20 years ago. We live three doors down from the property. We have always wanted to own this home and finally we were able to purchase it. If you need anything, we are happy to help!

This property is located on Weeks Bay in southern Baldwin County. The property grants you access to 100 ft. of water with endless possibilities which include fishing and various water sport activities Renters are welcome to bring a boat (kayak, jet ski, paddleboard, canoe, etc.). There is a boat launch, Nolte Creek, located 2.5 miles east of the home. When facing Weeks Bay from the property, one can navigate south to access Mobile Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the Intracoastal Canal. For less adventurous boaters, one can travel north from the dock and reach Fish River for lunch at Big Daddy's, owned by a local, or take a dive in the spring fed "Cold Hole" in Magnolia River. There are endless opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, or paddle boarding. To the west, the lovely bay villa is near historical Fairhope with its adorable boutique shops and wonderful restaurants. A short drive east, one will find Foley's outlet mall. When heading south, the glistening, sugar white beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is definitely a sight to experience and take the time to enjoy the Gulf Coast delicious seafood. After a busy day of visiting the surrounding areas or after a long day of sun and fun on the water, be sure and kick back on the screened porch and enjoy the magnificent sunsets!
