Why Heather Vail and Nancy Law chose Historic District
We were intrigued by this house at first sight, sitting back behind its massive wrought iron gate. Struck by this beautiful house with its secret garden, people often tell us it looks mysterious. The house is often overlooked, hidden by the large gardens and shaded by a canopy of trees.

This little apartment was a BIG hit. Best friends beach weekend and it was perfect.
The owners of this property thought of everything. Down to creamer in the refrigerator for the coffee they provided. So clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. The book selection was amazing. I don't think we turned on the TV all weekend. The beach was only a 15 minute drive. When in the area again we will definitely try to get this property again.
Place was wonderful and the owners were great
The place was beautiful and just what we needed. The owners were so accommodating with everything. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.
Relax on Porch Overlooking Beautiful Grounds
Great little "English basement" apartment. Easy walk to restaurants, Bay Street and Waterfront Park. Full access to porch for coffee and cocktail sipping while listening to church bells and birds and watching cats play in the huge yard filled with gorgeous flowers. Gracious hostesses with a wonderful collection of books on shelves and plenty of information about Beaufort and area attractions in apartment.
So glad I was able to find this gem for my daughter and her friend during their visit to Beaufort!.
We loved this charming home.
We just loved it here. The apartment was perfect for my husband, myself and our dog. Our hosts were wonderful and we feel so lucky to have found this beautiful place. We will definitely return❤️
THE MOST ACCOMMODATING HOSTS EVER
We stayed two months while looking to buy. The apartment was fine for a couple though it technically sleeps four, it would be a little tight. The kitchen was small but adequately supplied and efficient enough that we cooked in most of the time. That being said, the gracious hosts and their dog Coco welcomed us to take advantage of their lovely veranda at will. We also were allowed to use their laundry facilities
The bed linens were very high quality and lots of towels were provided.
The location was perfect. Walkable to anywhere.
But without a doubt, the best part were the owners. Women of charm and grace but with an hilarious irreverent sense of humor.
Great experience in all respects.
Terrific location in Historic Old Beaufort. Clean, cozy and very well equipped 1BR unit in restored 1792 home. Friendly and helpful hosts. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended!
Step back in time and take a carriage ride in historic Old Point neighborhood or take a walking tour. Near Intracoastal Waterway. Near downtown marina. Lots of beautiful public golf courses in the area. About a 20 minute drive to Hunting Island, a SC National Park with beach and lighthouse.
