Completely remodeled mid-century home (license # 107509), conveniently located on a very quiet street in the Windsor Park neighborhood in Central Austin.

Our home is professionally managed by us - the owners - to provide the best possible experience for you and your fellow guests. We are longtime residents of the neighborhood, and can promptly answer any questions you have about the property or about Austin.

You'll be so close to so much that's great about Austin: 10 minutes to downtown, the University of Texas and all the hip East/Central Austin attractions, 5 minutes to the Mueller development with its many shops and restaurants, farmers market, and the Thinkery, the coolest children’s museum anywhere.

Our comfortable and inviting home features lovely original hardwood floors, central air and heat, vintage and modern furnishings, and a retro fabulous modern kitchen and bathroom.

The living space has an open floor plan that is perfect for kicking back and relaxing with friends or family. There is hip, retro-inspired artwork throughout, plus a turntable and a supply of vintage vinyl for your listening enjoyment!

The mid-century mod dining table seats 4, and the bar area in the kitchen also has seating for 4. Outside, the private covered patio features a dining table and 4 chairs, 4 vintage-inspired side chairs, gas grill, fire pit, and globe lights to set the perfect evening mood.

The shaded back yard is fully fenced, private and spacious for little ones and/or pets to roam. The property features two large pecan trees. If you’re staying with us between November and January, feel free to gather and crack pecans – they are delicious!

Both the living room and master bedroom feature flat screen TVs with Apple TV with Netflix. Our home is equipped with wifi for your web surfing and business needs.

The master bedroom features a deluxe king bed, while the second bedroom features a deluxe queen bed. Both beds have memory foam mattress toppers for an extra comfy night's sleep. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and spacious closets. The couch in the second living area folds out into a bed that sleeps one additional adult or two smaller children.

The fully-equipped kitchen features retro-mod design and fixtures, boomerang countertops with stainless steel edging, retro styled full size refrigerator, stainless appliances, and all the cookware and supplies you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The vintage-inspired modern bathroom features custom black and white tilework throughout.

Our home is stocked with all the creature comforts including soaps, shampoo/conditioner, extra towels and linens, extra pillows, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, cookware and utensils, board games, books, kitchen and bath paper products, pantry staples, child’s highchair, child’s pack n’ play with sheets, changing table with pad, child's plasticware/sippy cups.

Laundry facilities are provided including detergent, iron and ironing board.

For your peace of mind, our home has an easy-to-use security system monitored 24/7 by Central Security.

Very comfortable property!

We stayed at this property for seven weeks and found it roomy and well equipped. Our dogged enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The owner has provided a very informative notebook about the house and the vicinity and responded quickly when we had questions. Thanks, Gary and Amy!

Fantastic!

This house is so sweet and spacious for a tiny 2 bedroom. The owners have it so well supplied- lots of nice towels in various sizes, plastic baggies and Tupperware, half and half, sugar and coffee! Looks like there's lots of baby gear which we didn't' need but made us wish we'd rented here 4 years ago when we were last in Austin. We'd be glad to stay again in the future!

House is perfect for family gathering. Description is very accurate. It is bright & clean.

We had a great time at the house. Much better than staying at hotel to meet up with family. The house is clean and lots of amenities so you want need to rush to the grocery store. It has an open concept and large outdoor patio to entertain. We had a wonder time.
