The rooms in our house are distributed generously on three floors.
On the ground floor you will find: entrance hall and hall, dining room (with space for up to 10 people, SAT / TV), fully equipped kitchen, pantry, double bedroom with reading corner and SAT / TV, bunk room (bunk bed) and bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the upper floor the space is continued with: entrance hall, double bedroom with sofa bed / cot and SAT / TV, double bedroom with access to the loggia (balcony, view to the garden / pool, SAT / TV), single bedroom with SAT / TV and bathroom and toilet.
And in the basement are the remaining rooms: bicycle garage with smoking area, either a game room or a seminar room, a laundry room with washer-dryer and a toilet.
The garden offers plenty of space for rest and relaxation or to play for your children. In the warm months, the pool invites you to refresh and romp around.
To see and experience: From the nearby Michlberg (409 m) with its chapel you can look out over the gently rolling hills of the Weinviertel.
