Excellent Solona Beach location/property!
The rental condo was as advertised for sure. Great location, access to a lot within 40 minute drive. Very spacious unit, well equip rental. Everything you need is available in this unit, including beach chairs, wet suits, coolers etc. Lisa was very friendly and, helpful providing information. Grand children loved the beach, ping pong, tennis! Would definitely recommend this property. Thanks so much for accommodating us with renting this unit. The Nagy family
Beautiful condo in a secured complex. Easy access to freeways - spent a day at Knotts Berry Farm and another day at San Diego Zoo. The pool was heated so kids loved swimming. We also loved being right by the ocean. We hope to return someday!!!
Updated, clean, nice, excellent location
We had a great stay here! Unbeatable location. The condo is in excellent shape. The complex is equally as excellent. Walk to Bottlecraft if you stay there.
Nice well well equipped condo in older complex
Love Solana Beach, this was our second trip with our family, 2 girls 15, 13 and one boy 9 years.
First Lisa was very nice to work with and took time to get aquanted with us which was great. She was sincere and wanted to make sure we had all we needed, thanks Lisa.
The condo is well equipped and very comfortable, plenty of room for our family and abundance of our stuff! Very comfortable sofa and beds, great grill on the patio overlooking the pool and the extra boogie boards and beach chairs got plenty of use too.
Would recommend a stay without any hesitation, wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Already thinking of next year ...
Great Unit in a great location!!!
Our trip to San Diego went smoothly. Lisa met us on the street and we followed her in to the complex directly to our parking spot. She even helped us carry our luggage! The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with beach chairs, towels and kitchen utensils. The decor was not only beautiful but functional and comfortable. The location to the beach can't be beat. The beach has a lifeguard and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and even had its own underground assigned parking spots. Will definitely be back next year!!!!
A Great Family Vacation!
Just got back from a week in the San Diego area where we rented this condo. We were a group of 4 adults with 2 children (11 and 7) and very much enjoyed our stay in this well decorated and fully equipped home. We much appreciated the pool and tennis courts with the kids after our day outings to visit the various area attractions. It was also great to have access to the usual beach equipment including parasol, chairs, beach mat, boogie boards and ice chest. The condo also had several wetsuits available for the kids. Although we had our own, these are more than a “nice to have” when the kids spend lots of time playing in the waves. Lisa, the property manager was great to work with and ensured we had all we needed. I fully recommend this condo, its location and pleasant environment.
