About this property

We are located in the heart of South Florida, land of sun and perfect weather.

Just one hour from Miami Beach and within minutes of Palm Beach and Wellington, the Winter Equestrian Capital.

Close proximity to Garden Mall, Wellington Mall and City Place of West Palm Beach.

Main attractions are the Lion Country Safari and the Coral Sky Amphitheatre.

Orlando and Tampa are only a 2 hour drive away .

The house is located at the end of a 10-acre property by the canal. There is a screened swimming pool and a children's playground as well as a gas barbecue and a wood oven outside.

In the beautiful gardens you will find the barn with horses, which are available for horseback riding lessons or trail rides by the canal.
Inside the living room, with a TV, pool table and dining table there is also a large kitchen with everything.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are on the first floor, while the Master Bedroom with its bathroom are on the second floor.
