A VERY lovely, neat, clean and COMFY 1-bedroom 1-bath with an upstairs bedroom loft with a half-bathroom, ready to rent short term for your paradise stay-cation! Master bedroom has a Cal King Bed with an AC and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The upstairs bedroom loft has a Queen bed + a new futon couch to sleep an extra guest. Your own private bathroom in the loft (note, no shower). The living room has a new sectional couch and new AC. Unit has cool tile flooring and upstairs loft has new wood flooring. Unit sleeps up to 5 people which is the maximum limit. Spacious lanai w/view of the property and swimming pool. Only minutes from the golf course and Lei Leis Bar & Grill Restaurant, and minutes from the beaches at Turtle Bay! Unit has a full size washer and dryer and comes with 1 reserved parking stall. Unit is close to the swimming pool, tennis courts and pavilion for your free use. Free unlimited wireless internet access, digital cable and Netflix (will need your own account to utilize Netflix). Note there is no landline for telephone use in the condo.
You'll be sure to enjoy the nice walks to beach, Turtle Bay Resort, Palmer & Fazio Golf Courses, Lei Leis Bar & Grill and Ola Restaurant. You can also enjoy various activities from the resort such as surf lessons or stand-up paddling, kayaking, horseback riding, helicopter tours, bicycle/moped/segway rentals or walk the different trails around the resort!
Note: Resort amenities and swimming pools are only for registered guests of Turtle Bay Resort only.
The standard departure cleaning fees are based on the length of your stay & are as follows:
$150 for 7 nights or less; $175 for 8-11 nights; $200 for 12-16 nights; $250 for 17-21 nights; $300 for 22-31 nights

Not the best place we've stayed
Quite musty smelling. Tons of mosquitos attacked us while we slept, they get in several areas. We didn't BBQ once as we were not into buying a bag of coals so that was disappointing. Condo overall was minimally stocked. No boogie boards, beach mats or beach chairs, just uncomfortable awkward camping chairs. I felt the kitchen was poorly stocked for cooking utensils, old can opener wasn't operable, only one very large plastic bowl to prep foods. You couldn't even put a shaving kit in the bathroom, no space at all. This was also the first condo we've stayed at in 10 years that we didn't use the pool! Pools were very small and boring. If we returned to Oahu, I would prefer to stay in Haleiwa as we found this area just too far from everything. One positive was that the bed was comfortable.
Great condo and would stay again!
Great condo with all the amenities. Clean and convenient arrival and departure process with the owner. Looking forward to the next visit. Mahalo!
This was a great little condo for my family of 5. There was more than enough space for us. The breeze flowed nicely through the condo and we all slept great every night. Turtle Bay is a great area. Polynesian Cultural Center is not too far down the road in Laie which is a MUST SEE. Could have stayed here for a long time lol.
Great spot for a party of 5
Booked the space for a staycation with some friends of ours. Perfect for our needs in every way. Close/walking distance to beach and restaurants and pool/grill right across the street. Nicely furnished with outdoor lanai.
Spacious and relaxing
After reviewing and contacting quite a few Turtle Bay properties, I decided to go with this condo. The amenities offered suited our needs for a family of 5. The condo had everything we needed from coolers to beach toys to boogie boards. The kitchen had all the essentials and it was a bonus to have the washer/dryer in the condo. The A/C units worked great, but the trade winds kept us cool too. The condo was great, but I also booked with Jean, in particular, because she was a pleasure to work with. She's very professional, responded to my questions quickly, and made the booking process a piece of cake. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again (hope too) or any other property Jean manages.
This was our first stay at this unit but we stayed previously at another unit managed by Jean, who is a pleasure to work with, pleasant, hospitable and organized. The other unit was 5 star rated as well. I wouldn't hesitate renting any place Jean manages. The place was very clean and nicely furnished. We particularly liked the sectional in the living room and the king size bed. We did come to relax after all. AC in both the master bedroom and the living room was also nice.
We live in Honolulu so it's only an hour's drive from our home. But the North Shore is such a relaxing getaway. If food is important to you (it is to me), Leilei's is a five minute walk from the unit and there's lots to choose from in Haleiwa,. Kono's is one of our favorites. Don't want to wait for shave ice. Try the homemade ice cream in the shopping complex. Their coconut ice cream is a winner. Ted's Bakery in Sunset Beach makes some of the best pies on the island. Their chocolate haupia pie put them on the map but we like their pumpkin haupia cream pie the best.
