Cabine du lac Cormorant supérieur vintage avec ponton

Cabine rustique du Cormoran supérieur avec un grand attrait "nord". Terrain de 50 pieds avec grande piscine et belle vue plein sud. La propriété a une maison de bateau au bord de l'eau avec des tabourets de bar et une table ainsi que de nombreux jouets aquatiques et une table de nettoyage du poisson. La location comprend un ponton de 19 pieds avec un moteur de 40 chevaux. La cabine peut accueillir de 4 à 8 personnes. Deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée et 2 petits lofts. Nous avons 1 lit queen et 1 lit complet au niveau principal. Dans un loft, il y a un matelas de taille normale et dans l'autre loft, nous avons un matelas double. Nous avons également un matelas gonflable queen si nécessaire et un futon au niveau principal qui peut accueillir deux autres.

Nous avons une télévision à écran plat avec 4 canaux pbs et également le canal 10 (fox). Nous avons une main pleine de DVD, de livres et de jeux de société / cartes. La cuisine a des assiettes, de l'argenterie, une petite imprimante / scanner, des bols, des tasses, un micro-ondes, un four et un grand réfrigérateur. Nous avons également un barbecue sur la terrasse / terrasse au bord du lac. Les 3 autres lacs auxquels on peut accéder comprennent le Cormoran moyen, le lac Nelson et le lac Rossman (Rossman uniquement via un petit bateau de pêche de 14 pieds ou moins).

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this cozy lake cabin. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The lake views were beautiful and made for the perfect relaxing getaway. Being able to rent the pontoon was a bonus. Shannon was responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for Kids

Cabin had everything a young family could need. Great sand area, great swimming area, outside shower to rinse off. My kids especially loved all the fish they could catch of just off the dock!

Family friendly fun

This was our 2nd time staying. We love the location as it's not a busy area. Great fishing. Lake was too cold for swimming this time but we enjoyed many pontoon rides. We overpacked as the cabin has most of the things you need! Easy communication with owner. Definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

We had a fun family vacation. Our granddaughter thought it was cool that she could kayak with us on the kids kayak that was available to use. We all enjoyed fishing on the pontoon available to rent. Fun time at rustic cabin

This is a really fun place to stay if you like a rustic time on the lake. The cabin is very well kept and stocked. We love being able to use the pontoon to cruise around the lake. The lake is very nice for boating and swimming. The firepit is close to the water and is one of the premiers of staying at this cabin. This is perfect for a small family. The check in and check out process was flawless.

Excellent trip

This was our second time at the cabin, and have enjoyed both trips. The last trip was 5 years ago and when we asked our girls where we should take our summer trip, they wanted to come back. Between the paddle boat, kayak, hanging out in the boat house, pontoon, and just enjoying the lake; everyone had a great time. Neighbors were friendly and we caught some fish off the dock. Shannon was very responsive if we had any questions and made sure we were happy with our stay.

Little get away

Very nice place to stay. Rustic with a view. Had some small upgrades that need to be looked at. The pontoon is nice to take a trip around the lake and fish from. The engine needs a tune up to make it run better. I would stay there again if i am back in this area again.

Authentic Lake Cabin

It's a wonderful place that shows off the beauty that the builders saw when they decided to build there with all the comforts of home. Large screen TV, full kitchen and a large, for a cabin, hot water heater! Warm showers! Hot coffee looking out the lakeside window in the morning watching the mist clear off the lake was perfect. Great times!

Week at the Lake

While the cabin is rustic - and it’s a cabin - the fishing was great. Caught some great fish off the dock. While the pontoon wasn’t working, the property owner rented us a pontoon from the neighboring resort for our use. We are familiar with the area so enjoyed golfing and shopping in Perham and Detroit Lakes.

Hello! My name is Shannon Olson. Currently I live in Hawley, MN with my two teenage children. I teach Family and Consumer Science at Hawley High School, and I coach volleyball in the fall. I stay busy throughout the school year with work, attending school athletic events, and cheering my kids on at their activities. During the summer, I love spending time in the lakes area, running, taking care of my yard, reading, and playing volleyball.
I love being a host because it's so fun to share this cabin with others and hear about the memories they make at my place.

This property is a True Minnesota Lake Cabin. Great rustic feel with some modern benefits. The acreage of fishable water is amazing.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This cabin is the perfect place to relax and unplug. Kids love the lofts and all the extra games and toys available. Outside, there is a nice yard, firepit, and boathouse. The boathouse is stocked with water toys, firewood, roasting sticks, a bar, extra fishing rods, a fish cleaning station, and even a Smart TV! A pontoon is also available for additional rental.
If you want to venture out, there are some fun things to explore. By boat or by foot, you can reach The End of the Road Resort. They sell bait, treats and are a great resource to have nearby. You can also reach Middle Cormorant lake by boat. They have a great swimming beach, as well as "Sauce'd" bar and grill.
