About Wyndham Vacation Rentals Summit County
“Our Story” After a beautiful ski trip with my two sons to Breckenridge, CO in 2003, I was “In Love” with the Town/People/Scenery and the Activities – both winter and summer. The mountains, rivers, creeks and Maggie Pond. The town is so People/Family and dog friendly – no one is a stranger. I only hope that one day that one day that I would be able to come back and become a part of this Wonder Place. In 2014 my Dream came true. Construction began on Phase II of Water House, all made of steel and concrete. I had looked for 8 months daily online. My standards were very high – I wanted Location/Quality/Style/Elegance/Tranquility/Water (Illinois Gulch)/Amenities/Personalization of the staff and not to forget, Valet Services. A lot to ask for? I did not have to think twice, I chose Water House II (West), it’s ALL that and more!

Great place and location
As a family we have been to Breckenridge the past five years in a row. Prior to this last trip we have stayed at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7; however, due to planning our trip a little late, we were not able to get a place at the Grand Lodge this year. We weren't sure where to stay as we wanted a nice place that was also close to the slopes. While Water House isn't ski in / ski out it's a fairly short walk (about 200 yards to the Quicksilver lift) and the Ski Valet is a great feature. One advantage this location has is that it's right on the corner of Main Street, so it's easy to walk to town.
In regards to the unit, it was impeccable - The granite counter tops, Thermadore appliances and all the decorations were incredible! The owner's definitely take pride in their unit and it's obvious they want their guests to be comfortable. If your'e looking for a really nice place with a great location I highly recommend this property!
