3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo With 2 Gated Parking Spots In Secure Building
**Security cameras monitor all entrances 24/7. Additional fees apply to more than 6 guests. Upfront honesty about the number of guests is appreciated and cheaper. NO smoking, pets, parties or events of any kind.**
One night rentals Monday through Wednesday only. One night rentals Thursday through Sunday will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The neighborhood has a family-friendly event the last Friday of every month called Trolley Night. If you are sensitive to noise or do not want to be disturbed prior to 10pm, I would choose another location if the dates of your trip fall on the last Friday of the month. The streets are bustling with live music and pedestrians from 6-10pm during this event. It's a great local experience!

This is a residential unit with a residential water heater. Like with your home, if 3 or more people take back-to-back hot showers, you will run out of hot water. I recommend guests stagger their shower times to avoid running out of hot water. It can take approximately an hour for a full tank to reheat.

About Stephanie Cobb - Cobb Properties LLC
Hi there! My name is Stephanie. I am from the Memphis area and have lived downtown since 2007. I am a proud Memphian and love so many things about this city, especially the downtown area. If you have never been to Memphis and would like some advice from a local, please feel free to call, text or email any time. I'd love to give you suggestions on things to do while you're here!
Stephanie Cobb - Cobb Properties LLC purchased this Condo in 2015
Why Stephanie Cobb - Cobb Properties LLC chose South Main Historic District
As I mentioned, I have lived downtown since 2007. I also sell real estate primarily in the downtown area because it's the area I know and love best. I came across this property when it was a fixer-upper. I saw its potential and knew the value of the location so I bought it, renovated it and now here we are! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
What makes this Condo unique
I fell in love with this place because of its location and unique layout. I like non-traditional architecture and this place is definitely non-traditional. I also love that it overlooks South Main Street which is my favorite area of downtown. Some of my favorite spots are right outside the door - Bluff City Coffee, Earnestine and Hazel's, Rizzo's Diner, Central BBQ and The Blue Monkey to name a few.

Great weekend in Memphis!
The condo was great! Location was perfect. Very close to Beale Street.
Stephanie was wonderful to work with. Would definitely rent from her again and will definitely recommend her to anyone visiting Memphis.
Thank you so much! I'm always glad to hear when guests enjoy their stay!
Wonderful place to stay in Memphis!
Great place! LOTS of space and very clean. Beds were comfy, home was well stocked. We were in a fabulous location - able to walk everywhere. Great little coffee house across the street and plenty of wonderful restaurants and bars near by. We will absolutely stay here next time we are in Memphis!
I'm so glad you enjoyed everything!
Great property, security was good. Very attentive owner.
Very cool place to stay in downtown Memphis.
We stayed here because it was close to the convention center where our son was competing in the Junior Olympic Fencing Tournament. We were not expecting much, but this place is great. If you are going to be in downtown Memphis, this is the place to stay. It is very nicely furnished, and very relaxing when you're just hanging out. Our son stayed in the open bedroom downstairs. We thought it would lack privacy due to being open to upstairs, but it really wasn't much of an issue.
This place is also really close to the Lorraine Motel / Nation Civil Right Museum. If you're traveling to Memphis and plan on going to the museum, it is a very short walk. I don't recommend you do it, but you could literally throw a rock and hit it.
Another item worth mentioning is that Gus's World Famous Hot and Spicy Fried Chicken is only about a three block walk. Go there, wait in line, it's worth it. It is some of the best fried chicken in the world. The walk back will help after eating a meal that is probably not the best for you.
Downtown Memphis is really clean. I don't know if it is because of the upcoming 50th anniversary of Dr. King's death, but no matter the reason, downtown Memphis is very nice.
We had a great stay and would highly recommend this place if you plan on staying in downtown Memphis.
Thanks for the detailed review! I think my future guests will find this information very helpful. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and that my property worked well for your needs.
Charming hidden gem
This was a great find for a weekend stay in Memphis. The location is right next to the civil rights museum and across the parking lot from central bbq location. Within walking distance to all the locations on Beale street as well. It was very clean and up to date with anything you could possibly need. If you want to stay in and cook the only thing you would need is the food itself. Everything else is there. The condo is up to
Date as well and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there. The communication back and forth between the owner/staff was outstanding as well. We will certainly be booking through VRBO with Stephanie again the next time we come back that way.
Thanks, Lee! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay!
Nice condo in a great location downtown
Great location right next to Civil Rights Museum and Central BBQ, and walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars. About a half mile from Beale Street and FedEx Forum. Clean and well appointed. It does have considerable stairs to go in and out, but if you are able to accommodate that, I highly recommend it!
This condo is located in the historic South Main Arts District right across the street from Earnestine & Hazel's and a few doors down from The Arcade Diner. The National Civil Rights Museum and Central BBQ are right behind the condo. Lots to see and do within walking distance. If walking isn't your thing, there's a trolley stop right outside the front door that will take you down Main Street.
