Please be considerate of the property as this is home to other residents. Absolutely no smoking inside the unit or on the deck. There will be a $25 surcharge for cleaning of the fireplace if you decide to build a fire. Please check with us beforehand to ensure there is no burn ban in the city. Please separate foods, recyclables from your trash and conserve water when you can. Please turn off heat and Lights when you are not present. Please do not wash our towels and linens without prior consent. We reserve the right to enter your unit anytime with one hour notice or anytime if it deems an emergency or we feel there may be damage to the property. We reserve the right to inspect the unit weekly if you stay more than one week. Please report any damaged or broken items immediately. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Any rules broken as to the above mentioned items will forfeit your entire damage deposit. Turn keys into us when departing for walk through check.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
