Get ready for the seaside getaway of your life at this historic and dog-friendly Newburyport cottage. Head to one of the many attractions in town or just relax amidst the art and decor at home.
Just one mile from the heart of town, this home is within walking distance to art galleries and mom-and-pop shops.
Art and artifacts abound in this Georgian-style manse. The first floor features natural light streaming from skylights up above as well as glass doors leading to a spacious deck with a grill.
The living room boasts a comfy couch and chair around a gas fireplace. A flatscreen TV and books are available nearby as well.
The dining area features a rustic dining table with seating for four and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the other accoutrements a home chef would need.
Check out your email via the free WiFi at the desk or clean your clothes at the washer and dryer nearby. One dog is welcome with an additional fee of $10 per night with a minimum fee of $40.
You have two bedrooms to choose from here. The master has a queen bed, a collection of tomes, a leather chair, 300-year-old fireplace and windows overlooking the water. The other bedroom has a full bed and antique furniture. There is one full bathroom for everyone to share and the open loft offers additional space to relax.
Downtown Newburyport is the place to be come summer. Stroll the myriad shops and eateries. Savor fresh oysters and clams at Brine or Poynt. Or take a trip to nearby Plum Island with its wildlife refuges and peaceful spots to reflect.

You must contact us to add more than one dog to the reservation, if allowed. $20 per dog, per night. If pets are allowed, the charge for the first dog will be included in the total cost listed.
Parking Notes: There is a small driveway next to home, which can accommodate two smaller cars or one SUV. A maximum of two cars may park here, as Water Street does not accommodate on-street parking.
Water Access: Marsh access from very small, private beach. Great for kayaking and paddle boarding!
