These two homes next to each other offer generous common space perfect for gathering with friends yet the two homes offer privacy and space to relax. There are two master suites, each with a king bed, en-suite private bathroom and pull-out sofa. The other 4 bedrooms have queen beds. All rooms have flat screen TVs, luxury linens and closets. Each home has a full living room with pull-out sofa and large flat screen TV. Each home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar (4 stools) and dining table for 4. Hotel-style toiletries are provided along with basic paper supplies. We offer private, off-street parking spaces - for 2-4 vehicles, depending on their size. Our homes are just two blocks to popular King Street where all the dining and shopping happens! This compound is the perfect spot for large groups wanting to have fun and spend time together in a pristine, clean compound professionally managed.

Please note that there are no bedrooms on the 1st level. No porches or outdoor space.

Loved it

The home was beautiful and more than enough space for all nine of us. The home owner provided tons of towels, bedding, and an air mattress to accommodate. Everything was there and available- down to the shampoo and conditioner. It's close proximity to the best bars at king street was also great. No cabs all weekend! We would defininitely stay there again.

Great place to stay in Charleston

We had a great weekend at this property. The home was clean and just as described. We rearranged the living room to make a spot for the air mattress - as there were eight of us staying there. It's an easy walk to a large food store, the farmers market, shopping and historical sites in the city. If I could point to any downside it would be that there isn't an outside space - like a patio or a deck where we could hang out, have a drink or BBQ.

Great spot. When there was a small issue, owner was very responsive. Wifi stopped working mid visit, otherwise perfect weekend spot for 3 couples!
