About Emil Evrard
As a half Slovak who has lived in Bratislava for 4 years I know my way really well around the city. I also value good art, good food and good music so I can give plenty of advices regarding what to see and do in Bratislava, where to go for lunch or dinner for traditional Slovak food or other cuisines as well as where to go for nice drinks, good live music or theatre or djs and which clubs to go to. I can inform you as well regarding which tourists traps you can avoid. I would also be happy to hang out with my guests after work and during the weekends to get to know them better while bringing them to the best places in town. If they prefer to enjoy the city by themselves I would also completely respect that giving all the advices about places as explained above. My guests are free to enjoy the flat as they please in a caring, careful and respectful way. I don´t push for anything. The guests who wish to know me better and be advised can reach me.
What makes this Apartment unique
My flat is situated in the old part of town on Medena street. It is in the heart of an apartment complex which was built in the 1920s in the Art Deco style. The flat is 70m2 overall with a 30m2 living room. Bathroom and WC are 2 separate rooms with windows for good ventilation. The bedroom and living room look over an inner-courtyard so it is very quiet all the time. The flat is located on the 3rd floor which means it is flooded with light all day long.
