Owner-operated condo in heart of downtown Breckenridge offers convenient access to Peak 9 (150 yard walk to Quick Silver Lift), and Main Street amenities (shopping, dining, music, and tours/museums). High-end finishes and stocked with many items you'd find in your own home to simplify your own packing and shopping on arrival. A perfect base camp for exploring all that our historic town has to offer, in addition to skiing the entire resort (Peaks 6, 7, 8 and 9) and biking our epic trails (ask about bikes - we may be able to provide them for guests' use, and shop in building rents all kinds).
***Note, rates are variable depending upon season/holidays; prices are customized for all dates. For bookings > 2 seasons in advance, indicated pricing may not be accurate so please inquire for your dates.

About Karina and Kevin
As 80's/90's east coast transplants, Karina and Kevin have lived in Denver and Breckenridge for over 25 years. We are avid enthusiasts of all that Breckenridge as to offer, including skiing, biking, sailing, live music, theater and art. We are frequent travelers to the Caribbean for adventures in sailing, island exploring and making new friends.

Why Karina and Kevin chose Historic District
We wanted the additional convenience of a mountain residence in town for ease of access to skiing and Main Street activities without the daily logistics of shoveling, finding parking, and maintenance. Our Park Avenue Loft is a perfect complement to our single family home off Boreas Pass Road a 1 mile above town.

Great location right across from the lift, nice and cozy apartment. Only downside was that there was a little bit of an odd smell at first, but not horrible and nothing that negatively impacted our time. Thank you Karina and Kevin!
I felt at home from my first evening there
This condo is inviting, comfortable, thoughtfully furnished and in a perfect location to enjoy downtown Breckenridge without getting in your car. The condo’s layout makes great use of the space and it has gorgeous mountain views from all windows and the balcony (which has two comfortable rocking chairs). The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is so comfortable that I had a hard time getting up in the mornings! The jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace were great. QuickSilver lift is just across the street and through the Village, and it is also a short walk to the restaurants and shops.
Kevin, the owner, was responsive and gracious. Jamie, who helps Kevin and Karina manage the property, went out of her way to hand deliver a parking pass to me after GWL forgot to give me one. I’ve rented a number of vrbo properties; this was one of the best, for all the important reasons.

unbeatable location & friendly hosts
Great place to stay! Other than some allergy issues, it was a wonderful stay! Location is just across from the Quicksilver lifts and easy walk to Main St that has everything. Kevin was very accommodating to our request and very nice.
We had the most enjoyable time in Breckenridge at this location. What more could you ask for being so close to Main street and the lifts. And the owners were so friendly and such gracious hosts. Will definitely return!

Weekend in Breckenridge
I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to be close to the city and all the activities. The condo has in door parking which was perfect. The place was well kept, and had a beautiful balcony to sit and relax during your morning coffee. Great Place, I will be coming again.
It is a beautiful, nicely finished unit-well appointed. It had everything we needed.
We really enjoyed our stay, and it was located in a great place, walking distance to everything in town. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with.
Enjoy many other nearby activities in summer (including kids' maze, rec path, stand-up paddleboarding (on adjacent Maggie Pond or nearby Lake Dillon), horseback riding, river wading, and outdoor concerts) and in winter (including sledding, dog mushing, and sleigh rides).

Rates subject to change until confirmation; and as they change substantially with seasons and are adjusted periodically, the "standard rate" may not be applicable as rates more 6 months may not yet be set. Because of HOA rules for key system and parking garage use, please make sure all card keys and parking passes are returned (or left in room) after checkout. There will be a $25 charge, deducted from damage deposit, for each key or pass not returned. Thank you for your understanding in this regard
