This home has only a short walk to 1 of 3 swimming pools (seasonal) and has parking available for boat/jet ski and multiple cars. There is additional boat staging at the top of the boat ramp within the gated resort.
Ceiling fans, a large stone gas fireplace, 3 bedrooms 2 queen, (1) King , 2 full baths, 3 TVs, DVD, and pool table. Amenities include central air, washer & dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, unlimited long distance phone service and wireless internet and propane BBQ grill. Propane is included, if you run out, just call and we will deliver.

Lake Cumberland Resort is a gated community with 24 hr security. The Resort is centrally located between Lexington, Louisville, Knoxville, Nashville and Cincinnati and can be reached by most major highways in two to three hours. We are located in the proximity of Highway l-75, which connects Cincinnati and Knoxville. Approaching from Hwy. I-75, the Resort is within 45-minutes of exit 62.
Bring your bikes and ride around in the gated resort. You can go to any location within the resort with your gate code and explore the Daniel Boone National Forest.

Burnside Marina is only 20 minutes from the resort and also offers houseboats. We are 25 miles from Cumberland Falls, famous for the moon bow; and horseback riding. Mammoth Cave is located within 2 hours, enjoy the newly renovated 18 hole golf course, '2010 Best In Kentucky', General Burnside Island Golf Course within 20 minutes from the resort.

Somerset has a water park, drive-in theater, cinemas, shopping, visitor information, a large choice of restaurants and several places to purchase your groceries. The fourth Saturday of every month April thru October is Somernites Cruise for the car enthusiast in all of us.
