Loves this quiet mountain getaway, perfect for kids.
Hunting with some friends and accommodations were exactly what we needed.
A pleasant home at a reasonable price.
Pros: privacy; no wifi or TV offers the ability to "get away"; all disposables and toiletries were well stocked; nice deck with good view; shower pressure great and hot water abundant; good and prompt communication with owner; asked to check-in an hour or two early and was given the thumbs-up, but way too late to adjust my arrival time.
Cons: deck and living room furniture need upgrades for comfort and functionality; coffee maker needs replaced (have to microwave every cup of coffee if you want it to be hot); dishwasher was full and dishes not put away in cupboards (this wasn't realized until late afternoon of the second day of the stay); asked to check-out an hour after normal time and was denied.
Wonderful! Absolutely perfect inside and great back deck with views!
Great host very responsive.
Unable to stay because of a minor injury but the host is awesome...high integrity. Will book this one again.
Thanks Brett! I hope things work out for the best
We loved the area and the cabin! So close to RMNP, amenities and of course wonderful views!
We have spent many vacation weeks in cabins in Colorado and we all agree that this cabin and location was one of the best! We loved the location close to any amenity you would need yet remote enough to feel the quiet privacy ! We saw several different animals, chipmunks of course, who became entertainment, red fox, 5 deer in 2 different locations and a Moma and baby elk! The cabin had everything we needed to cook delicious meals! The only down side was in the 2nd bedroom was twin beds instead of a queen. Also, we always like a fan on in the bedroom and there were no fans. The hiking in the area was spectacular! We are thinking of booking again for next year.
