About Tracy Saunders
My name is Tracy and I grew up in Great Neck NY moved to Tahoe 20 years ago and met my husband Gary (who grew up in Christchurch New Zealand). We have two kids ages 14 and 16 and have loved living in Tahoe the past 20 years. My husband does Ironman for fun...I am still trying to figure out the fun part and I am a local Realtor. We love hiking all the outdoor adventure Tahoe has to offer. In the summer we love taking our dog Romeo up to Snowflake Lodge at Diamond Peak Ski Resort it is about a half hour hike if you are fit and at the top you are treated to a panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. In the winter we ski and snowboard. Our local mountain is Diamond Peak Ski Resort but we also ski Northstar and Heavenly. We are taking a year off to travel and decided to put our home on VRBO. We have rented it in the past for the holidays and all of our guests have said what a wonderful place it was to stay.
Tracy Saunders purchased this House in 2005
Why Tracy Saunders chose Incline Village
Our home is perfect for a large family or perhaps two families looking to have a vacation together. It is located in a wonderful residential neighborhood only a block from the Hyatt Hotel and the Beaches of Incline Village. It is hard to find a property to accommodate a larger group. With a large Master Bedroom, and a second bedroom that has a queen bed two couples can enjoy this home. We have a bunk room off the game room that sleeps 5 and two additional bedrooms that have their own bathrooms and a twin bed with a trundle in each. The game room has an air hockey table, pool table and a ping pong table - we have a selection of games and a wii (you will need to bring your own games for the Wii).
What makes this House unique
This house is on a flat lot...no steep driveway to navigate after a snow storm! Has plenty of parking and is what we in Tahoe call "low elevation" This makes a difference in the winter and the summer. You can bike to the beach from the house (or walk it takes about 5 minutes to walk) The location is what made us purchase this home and we have never regretted it.

Wonderful Home. Very comfortable. Great location.
We had a really nice family reunion over Presidents’ Day weekend. The house is big and comfortable and accommodated our four families well. The hot tub was perfect for after skiing relaxation. No complaints.
So pleased that you enjoyed our home hope to have you back with us again.
We stayed first week in June, 2018. 7 adults 5 kids. Perfect in every way for all ages. Fully equipt
House has an excellent location to enjoy all that incline has to offer. Activities like parasailing, horseback riding , zip line. etc., were easy to reach. We went to The Incline beach several times and it was $12 admittance fee per person. The only negative about the beach was that the heated pool was still very cold. We have been coming to Tahoe for about 40 years and this is the best place we ever stayed at. The house itself is in excellent condition and well kept. Kids loved being all together in bunk room. The only negative was that five kids and one adult shared one bathroom on the lowest level. The kids hardly used the bathroom anyway so it was no problem in the long run. Kids in ages from 4 to 15 really enjoyed their huge game area provided on the lowest level. The front loading laundry and provided tide, softener and dryer sheets really helped and allowing us to bring less luggage. The four bedrooms had good linens and each sink and provided hand soap. There was no soap provided for the shower. Bring your own. The main area at entry level and a large seating area that was comfortable and a huge TV screen. It had surround sound. The chairs and bench at the main table provided seating for eight. The round table had seating for four more and there were seats at the bar for three people. We found the kitchen to provide excellent food prep area and a large refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. The stove has four burners, a griddle with a large oven and warming drawer beneath. The cabinets were fully stocked with glassware, wine glasses, huge number of all sized plates and bowls for eating. There was a cabinet that had many condiments such as oil, sugar, etc., many were left probably from previous visitors. We donated some ourselves. There is a drawer full of a variety of spice jars. The amount of cooking utensils and serving utensils was awesome. No matter what we cooked, even in quantities for our group, we were able to find just utensil we needed. In the back of the house there is a large deck, eating table, hot tub, and large brand new grill. The backyard was quite large and had a good amount of playground equipment for the kids. We’d definitely return to this house!
Appreciate you taking the time to write such a detailed review.
Look forward to hosting you again at some stage in the future.

Spring Break in Tahoe
This house was perfect for all of us! It was close to everything and such a great place to come with teenagers.
Wonderful home away from home
Highly recommended vacation home. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the spacious family room/dining area, playing pool downstairs, laughing in the hot tub, cooking on the BBQ, and roasting marshmallows/making S'mores in the fire pit, on the deck. Oh, and what a convenient "everything marked" kitchen. There were a couple of minor things that could be fixed, but not significant enough to make a difference in the wonderful time we enjoyed. The house caretaker/David was there to greet us with details of the home, as well as good conversation regarding Tahoe/Incline Village. He also answered our two calls to him promptly, and issue was resolved promptly. Our appreciation is immeasurable to Gary and Tracy Saunders for accepting our request.
Great family place and location
We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 5 kids, ages 9-12. Great location close to rec center and beach, off Country Club. Manager down the street handled any questions etc we had. Upstairs master and other 2 bedrooms all have their own baths so very good. Minor quibbles would be kitchen could use better pots and pans and only one bathroom for lower BR and 5 kids beds off game room
It was a perfect place for our large group.
We came to celebrate a 50th anniversary and this was the perfect place. The children loved the basement with all the fun things to do. The entire house was perfect for our large group,
We loved the entire area and hope to visit again sometime in the future.
Tiller Lodge is located in a family friendly neighborhood. Hop on your bike and head over to Incline Beach or hop in the car and head to the Championship Golf Course. In the winter Diamond Peak Ski Resort is a quick 3 minute drive or head over to Northstar at Tahoe
