A 3-bedroom luxury corner unit on the quiet southern end of Fort Myers Beach, Santa Maria 200 is ideal for anyone who loves the water. Not only does this 2nd-floor luxury condo overlook a canal that leads to Estero Bay, but it’s also just a few minutes’ walk to the beach.

And the spacious unit is beautiful and restful in its own right. The living room, for instance, is furnished with plush, plump sofa and love seat that will invite you to sit down, sink back, and relax. There’s room for the whole gang to settle in and watch a movie on the HDTV and Blu-Ray/DVD player.

The living room opens onto the screened-in balcony, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs so that you can enjoy an alfresco meal while looking out toward the canal. Should you prefer to eat indoors, the dining table chairs are so comfortable that you’ll want to linger of a cup of coffee or a game of rummy long after dinner is over.

Whether you plan to channel your inner Julia Child or simply reheat takeaway pizza, you’ll appreciate the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen. AWESOME!!!

Our stay was wonderful... home away from home! The weather was warm and sunny. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was furnished with enough dishes, pots, glassware, silverware and linens, everything was well organized. Below the handle on the microwave doorframe a piece of the plastic was broken off, for us it was not a big deal, but who ever broke it should not be allowed back!

The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean.

Our mornings started with breakfast on the lanai and evenings we enjoyed the HUGE! pool. There were enough pool towels for everyone! We cooked out on the grill almost everyday and enjoyed eating at the gazebo. We rented a boat from next door, the guys did a little fishing while the girls enjoyed the sun!

Downtown Ft Myers Beach was where the action was, but we were glad to be away from it at the end of the day. Check out Miromar outlet mall, definitely the place to shop!

Our very own private parking space under the building was the best! and it was right by our unit.

We will be returning in the fall.

Okay

Not a gourmet kitchen as advertised. Microwave has a hole in it....radiation?? Dishwasher needs replaced. Dirty dishes and glassware in cabinets. No pool nor beach towels. Called twice for more bath towels and pillowcases for extra pillows and assured someone would provide them. No one ever came. On the plus side, enjoyed balcony, view of marina and walk to beach.

Best condo ever!!

This is a very beautiful, clean and comfy condo. Fully equipped. We love the convience of the private parking space by the condo.

It was just perfect! starting our day with breakfast on the lanai overlooking the biggest pool area I have ever seen on the island! the lounge chairs were well maintained, the tables had umbrellas and a HUGE gazebo with gas grills. They even had bathrooms in the pool area.

We rented a boat for couple days from the marina next door and had the convienence of using the condos boat slip located next to the condo.

Can't wait to go back!!

Very nice 3 bedroom at Santa Maria!

We had a great stay at this 3 bedroom condo. It was our 3rd year at the Santa Maria and we love it there. The condo is updated, clean and spacious. The complex has the best pool and beautiful grounds (love the marina). The lobby, parking and elevator are all great. The only negative was we couldn't check in until 4 pm (seems excessive) and the cleaning people were outside the door at 9:50 am (10 am check out) so we felt rushed to leave. Other than that, it was a great condo to vacation in.
