About Maggie Stevens
I love vacation and travel. I am a very casual relaxed person and my property in Peoria represents casual. My home is a very family friendly property because I go there often with my family.
Maggie Stevens purchased this House in 2007
Why Maggie Stevens chose Downtown
We bought this vacation home because it is close to the Cardinals Stadium
What makes this House unique
This home is perfect for groups or family to get together and enjoy all the Phoenix area has to offer. We offer a private back yard, with a grill for outdoor dining, a quiet neighborhood and located in a nice development with green space and a children's playground. We have kept the decorations simple but contemporary to keep our rates low. Come enjoy your vacation without breaking your budget!

Overall a very good home for a group of 7 or 8 people. The home is comfortable but not too fancy. It was clean and located near Peoria Sports Complex where we spent a lot of time.
Maggie, the property manager was very good about answering our questions.
Only negatives is there were a few household items missing such as dish towels and serving bowls. However, I'm sure Maggie has addressed these issues because she is very responsive.
Lacking closer monitoring of rental
The house overall was clean but was not ready for rental. All upstairs smoke alarms had been removed and the owner was more interested in blaming the previous occupants than fixing the situation, making the house not up to code and probably illegal to operate in this state. The television/cable was also not set up correctly (also blamed on previous occupants). It sounded as if this was not the first time wiring was disconnected, so it would help to have some instruction of what boxes need to be hooked up as there was more than one box which caused confusion. Disposable cleaning towels were available for washing dishes which did a poor job of cleaning dishes, so several glasses had thick old disgusting film on them and food on utensils; we had to rewash many before using them. We only found one washcloth for 8 people--later found some more in the dryer along with other towels that had not been put away. An empty can of beer was sitting just outside the back glass door (in clear view). Amazing that all of this was found in our first hour of our stay, which unfortunately set the mood for the rest of our stay. Had the owner been local, the major problems might have been rectified and the other issues minor, but the accumulation of problems made this the worst rental we've ever had.
Very nice place to stay
Perfect spot for to stay with some family for a nearby wedding.
Place was clean, open and centrally located.
Would stay again.
Clean, good location!
Quiet neighborhood, easy access to baseball fields. Comfortable home! Thanks!
Just like home.
We were eight adults sharing the house. Everyone had their own bedroom. The beds were very comfy and clean. The aircon and the heating worked perfectly. This was so much better than hotel rooms. I only had to contact Maggie to tell her we were getting ready to leave. The house has a lived in feel with a little wear and tear in places just like my home. I would recommend this house.
It was ok
The place was a nice size and the property was adequate. The dog next door kept barking at night and you can hear the train horn throughout the night. It kept some of our people awake.
I’m sorry about the dog and the train 🚂 I’ve never heard either when I’m at the house. Were the windows open? I can contact the neighbors about the dog. No luck with the train. Sorry
