Lovely, Comfortable Home On The Lake.
This lovely, peaceful home on Kings Lake (newly offered in December 2015) offers tranquil views of the water and wildlife. It's located off King's Lake Blvd. on a quiet side street. Once inside the front door, you can sigh with relief while looking at the lake, kick off your shoes, and enjoy your casual retreat. Go dip your toes in the solar heated pool after changing into comfortable clothing.
The kitchen, great room, and master bedroom all have access to the spacious lanai. Slide open the doors to live inside and out (bug-free).
The eat-in kitchen is well-equipped and has plenty of granite counter tops to work on and cupboards for storage. If you don’t want to heat up the oven for something small, there is also a convection/toaster oven with its own cookware stored in a drawer underneath it.
Off the kitchen is a large laundry room with a front -loading washer and dryer and a utility closet full of cleaning supplies. You can continue on from there to enter the tiled, two-car garage.
There are three nicely-sized bedrooms and two full baths, each with two sinks. The twin bedroom has the equipment (Radio, Receiver, CD player) for the home’s sound system.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a single mattress offering two different types of firmness on the left and right side. There is a writing desk by the sliding glass doors that open on to the lanai, and a flat screen TV that can be viewed from the bed. There are two walk-in closets (one is closed for the owners’ belongings) that you pass on the way to the spa-like bathroom. Two solar tubes overhead are often mistaken for overhead lights as they allow so much sunlight in. There is a separate room, which also has access to the lanai and pool, for the commode and another sink.
The front guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a sitting area with a chaise lounge and table for relaxing or reading.
In the garage you will find three bicycles to help you explore the community or ride to the tennis courts, one street over. On side shelves there are chairs and carry-alls to take to the beach. There is a basket of beach towels is in the great room for pool or beach use.
Kings Lake is about a 12 minute drive to 5th Avenue and a 15 minute drive to the beaches and Naples Pier. You can walk to the shops and restaurants in Kings Lake Plaza, including Starbucks and the supermarket, or it is a three minute drive.

THE HOME WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED, WITH A BEAUTIFUL POOL AND LANAI. GREAT LOCATION WITH MANY GOOD RESTAURANTS AND GROCERY SHOPPING CLOSE TO HOME. MY FAVORITE HOBBY WAS ENJOYING MY AFTER DINNER WINE WHILE SWINGING ON THE LANAI AND GAZING AT THE LAKE.
Wonderful Stay at King's Lake in an Amazing Home
My wife and I spent 11 relaxing days at Cheryl and Albert's beautiful home in Naples. The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We spent a lot of relaxing hours on the lanai and in the wonderful heated pool. We enjoyed the quiet, comfort, and privacy that the house provides. The website has a picture of the "cozy TV room" and it is as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed relaxing in the evening in the cozy TV room.
The view of the lake is relaxing and it was entertaining watching the birds and other wildlife go about their daily business. We saw a bald eagle fly over on our first day there and also saw ospreys, ibis, egrets, and several species of duck. The house is located in a great neighborhood and is within 10-15 minutes of many really cool sites (Naples Zoo, Naples Botanical Gardens, downtown Naples and the beach, etc.). Morning or evening walks around the neighborhood in the morning or the evening were really pleasant and you'll likely run into several joggers and other walkers. There are also a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.
One of our favorite places in the area was Freedom Park, which is about a 10-15 minute drive away and has several nice paths to walk and observe the wildlife (turtles, fish, birds, rabbits, alligators). There is also a really amazing monument to 911 built on a map of the U.S. in the park.
We would highly recommend this quiet, peaceful, beautiful home on King's Lake. One of the best vacations that we've had! The owner, Cheryl, was very prompt in responding to our rental inquiry as well as proving all the information about the house and answering any questions we had. She kept in touch to make sure everything was good and gave us suggestions for shopping and dining in the area. We would definitely love to rent the house again next year if it is available.
A wonderful home
Very quiet neighborhood. Home was beautiful, nicely equipped. Close to everything. We had a great time here.
Paradise in SWF
This was our first visit to Naples and first VRBO booking. The house which looked great on-line was even better staying there. Very tastefully furnished, there was comfort in every room. Wonderful beds, state of the art bathrooms and a kitchen I hated to leave. Since we had perfect weather, much of our time was spent on the beautiful Lanai. I tried to do water aerobics everyday, no excuses, it was super convenient.
A two car garage added to our enjoyment. Most of the friends we visited in Naples only have covered parking, so that was an added plus. If we are able, I would like to return again to Queens Way next year.
Beautiful home in a great area!
Spent 10 days here with my family which includes 3 young children. The house has a great pool and pleanty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and amenities that you would ever need (this can be an issue in rentals). We absolutely loved it and would stay again for sure!
Gorgeous spacious house with all the amenities!!!
What a wonderful spot!! The house couldn't be any more spacious, clean, well equipped and organized! Loved the very large lanai overlooking the lake with salt water pool which had lots of privacy. The home was beautifully furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be brand new. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again in a heartbeat!!
Kings Lake is a very nice family community with a mix of condos and single family homes. It is a quiet, middle class neighborhood with mostly year round Naples residents. There are several lakes and the largest lake has a lovely walking/biking path where you see many different species of birds. There is a well maintained tennis court set in the reserve area, heavily treed, and very pretty which you can use free of charge. The homeowners association keeps an eye on everything and the neighborhood is always clean and tidy and well landscaped. Kings lake has a shopping center that you can enter without leaving the neighborhood. There is a lovely big, new supermarket, a bank, dry cleaners, several restaurants, and a salon. It is about a ten minute drive to 5th Avenue and 15 minutes to the beach. Located nearby are the amazing botanical gardens - a must see - which has just completed a major addition. It is great for walks and there are often activities planned like music, theatrical productions, plant sales etc. Also nearby is the Naples Zoo where you can get on a small boat to see the monkeys on islands playing uncaged. Naples Bay is only 10 minutes away and there are many boating opportunities from dinner cruises to small day rentals to jet skis to kayaks. On Naples Bay you can cruise the waterway by the barrier islands and explore the canals where the Naples billionaires have their homes on the water. 5th Avenue is Naples main street and a real treat for strolling, people watching, shopping, dining, live theater, and the beach at the end of the street. There are numerous activities planned on the street throughout season like art shows, car shows, festivals. Evening on Fifth (2nd Thursday evening of the month) has bands in the street and other entertainment. 5th Ave. is also famed for it's many fine dining restaurants.
