It is individual and sophisticated, z. The minimum book time is usually 7 days. Arrival day is Saturday, 16: 00. Deviations are only possible after prior telephone consultation. For public holidays within the booking period, the price of the main season is valid for 4 nights.

The cottage can be booked for 7 people, including children.
The booking is made in writing with the booking form. By booking the landlord offers the binding conclusion of a lease. Legally binding is the lease by the written confirmation of the tenant and the payment of the first installment. Only then is the occupancy highlighted in the booking calendar.
Second SPECIAL CONDITIONS
House and property are available exclusively to the names registered. Third is the stay is not permitted. A rentable for youth groups is excluded. Parking of motorhomes / caravans or the erection of tents on the property are generally not allowed. Misrepresentation or overcrowding, even temporarily, will entitle the landlord, after arrival, for immediate revocation of the lease.
. 3 MINIMUM RENTAL PERIODS / PRICES: Unless otherwise agreed, the minimum rental period is one week (Saturday-Saturday). For previously agreed shorter rental period details and prices please ask before booking by phone.
The prices quoted are calculated from the room rate, the VAT of 7% and the final cleaning. Not included is the spa tax of 1 € per day. Additional service, insurance or credit card fees charged by the holiday house portal are not the responsibility of the landlord.
5th USE COSTS
The consumption costs for gas, water and electricity are not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption.
6th TERMS OF PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, a down payment of 50% of the total price, but at least 300, - € for the house is due upon conclusion of the contract / booking immediately after delivery / receipt of the booking confirmation.
7th DEPOSIT / EXTRA COST PREPAYMENT
Upon arrival, a deposit of 300, -EUR in cash to be deposited with the landlord. Depending on the rental period or season, the landlord can also set a different amount. The settlement / repayment takes place after the end of the lease.
The final cleaning is carried out by the landlord.

Sheets and towels are not provided.
Pets are not allowed.
11th CLAUSE NO SMOKING
Throughout the holiday home you must not smoke.
For the loss of the keys and for damage to the holiday home, land or facility that the tenant incurs during the rental period, the undersigned contracting party (tenant), also acting as a substitute for all roommates of the relevant rental period.
13th AN EXCERPT
The holiday home is available on the first day of booking at 16:00, after all payments have been settled by the first arriving guest. The house must be vacated on departure day until 09:00 clock. Other times are only possible by arrangement.
14th Withdrawal or cancellation by the tenant
The tenant may at any time withdraw from the lease. If the rental contract is canceled or not arrived, the landlord can claim damages. The landlord is the evidence of cost-free.
The claim for compensation shall be calculated as a percentage of the rental price, irrespective of the costs incurred, as follows:
- up to 91 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price (minimum 50, - EUR)
- 90 to 61 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
- 60 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- 30 to 2 days before arrival: 80% of the rent
- 1 day before the beginning of the lease or in case of non-arrival: 95% of the rental price.
In the case of illness, the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
15th CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION BY THE OWNER
The resignation of the lease is the landlord without observance of a period of force majeure and for unforeseen compelling reasons that do not guarantee a proper performance of the contract possible.
Breach of contract by the renter, misrepresentation, overcrowding or inappropriate use shall entitle the landlord to terminate without cancellation of the contract and, if necessary, to claim compensation.
The owner is liable for the created features as well as the proper performance of contractual power between landlord and tenant.
17th SALVATORY CLAUSEL
Should one of the terms of the contract become invalid due to changed or deviating jurisdiction, the validity of the other remains unaffected.
