Ocean Front 2 Bedrrom, 2 Bath Condo

You’re front and center for spectacular sunsets or winter storm watching! The living room at Sandpiper is comfortably set up and relaxing, with cable TV and DVD. We have wifi available for you too! The master bedroom is on the ocean side and has its own view of the surf. It has a queen bed and large full bath. The second bedroom is a quiet retreat, also with a queen bed and a full bath.. This home sleeps up to 4 people total. There’s a washer and dryer for your use, too, and one covered parking space and plenty of open parking as well. This home is available on a nightly or longer-term basis – please call our office for visits of one month or longer. For your comfort, this home is non-smoking and no pets please.

Sandpiper is only a few blocks from downtown Long Beach and all that it has to offer!

No refunds will be issued for early departures or changes in plans due to inclement weather.

BIKES:

Just a heads up on bike parking at Windward Passage Condominiums; bikes can be stored inside the unit laundry room or the back deck. If you have a locking bike rack on your vehicle, that would work as well. Bike's are not allowed to be locked to railings near front door due to the HOA rules.

We have been working with the HOA to install bike racks, but they have not yet come to a vote on the matter.

This condo is in a great location. It is right on the beach, you can hear the waves from the bedroom and family room, and it is at a walkable distance to everything in Long Beach. The condo is very clean and stocked with everything you would need for cooking.

beautiful beach condo with all the amenties

I would definitely stay here again! Easy 5 min. walk to the beach. You can see and hear the ocean from this 2nd floor corner condo. Came with a covered parking spot and is easy walking distance to town. Wifi is great. Cable TV is extended basic channels only...no HBO or Showtime, but not really a need for that at the beach! There is a DVD player if you bring some of your own movies to watch. All rooms have their own TV, but we didn't use them. Looked like each one had their own cable box and DVD player. Plenty of towels and even chairs for the beach in the front closet! Basic cooking needs like salt/pepper/veggie oil were provided. Enough cooking utensils to make a nice meal. Paper towels and toilet paper were well stocked for our 3 person family. Overall the unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. I forgot my own pillow, but had no problem with the ones provided. There is a game closet with puzzles too if you or your children need a little entertainment. I have a toddler so I was happy to find a little step stool and kids plates, utensils, cups to use. There is a fireplace, but we never got cold enough to turn it on. Key pick up is in town, but a quick drive to the condo from there. There is a key drop at the office if you are checking out when the office is closed. TIP: The best grocery store in the area is Sid's Market if you need to buy items to cook in the unit. If I return to Long Beach I will definitely try to book this unit again!

Cleaning fee $70 + Tax
Refundable damage deposit $150

Cancellation Policy:
A $35 fee will be charged for any cancellations made up to 30 days in advance of the arrival date. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date, we will make every effort to re-book the property for the dates in question. If we are successful, a fee of $35 will be charged and the difference will be refunded. If we are unable to re-book the nights of your stay after the 30 day-prior-cut-off, you would receive a portion of your reservation. You would receive the cleaning fee, pet fee if applicable, and the refundable deposit. Any nights that we are able to re-book would be refunded.
