Our Poipu Condo is A smartly upgraded, fully1 furnished condo located within the resort area of Manualoha at Poipu Kai, Kauai. Manualoha at Poipu Kai is positioned on the Southern most part of the Garden Island, Kauai and is in the closest development to Brennecke's and Poipu Beach. It is our goal to provide you with everything you need to know about our condo, about the surrounding area and help make your stay with us a part of your "Vacation of a Lifetime". The condo will be prepared for you up with a "starter" supply of; For the body - Body & hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, & skin moisturizer. For the kitchen - Coffee, sugar, basic spices, dish soap, dishwasher soap, zip-lock sandwich bags, sponges & trash bags. For general needs - Paper towels, Toilet paper, & Laundry detergent. Prior to your arrival you will receive our own Digital Guest Welcome Book & Island Guide to help you get settled in when you arrive, be able to give you some pointers on what to expect, what you might want to pack and what and where to go for what you may need or want once you get here. If by chance an issue were to arise and a repair needs to be done, making contact with our Concierge will schedule a resolution. If you schedule a lengthy stay and you desire a linen change part way through, this can be scheduled either in advance upon booking or can be requested as your stay progresses, (An Additional Fee Applies). We ask that you recycle while you are here, our cleaning crew uses completely Green "good for the earth" cleaning solutions & supplies to keep our condo clean and ready for our clients.
What makes this Condo unique
One of the most unique things about this unit is where it is located. You will be within one and close to all resorts on the Southern part of the Island but also be in a location that is very private. The condo entry cannot be seen from the drive, it is on the ground floor with no-one above or below us. Because of where its situated we enjoy ordinarily leaving the front door and the rear sliding glass door open. This opens a path to let the breezes & trade winds flow right through to keep cool. It will be very rare to see anyone walk by, being at the end of the path, let alone bother you.
