Duplex that may be rented only on one side or together as one unit for your time frame. Each side sleeps 8 to 10 in beds plus a sofa in Living Area and 2 blow up mattresses; has 3 full baths on each side.

This luxuriously decorated home has everything you could want to spend a dreamy vacation away from it all. It is built up off the ground with a huge area on ground floor level with seating arrangements equipped to enjoy the outdoors. The gorgeous view of the Lagoon can be enjoyed from the gazebo at the end of the pier leading from backyard of duplex. Come fish, or watch the sunrise and sunset while enjoying your favorite beverage outdoors. The Gulf is to the South side of the property across two streets; easy access walking.

This Duplex has King bed in the Master bedroom with private full bathroom; two queen beds in 2nd guest bedroom with private full bathroom; and guest bedroom on 1st level that has two Trundle beds with bathroom with shower on first level where main living area and Kitchen and Pantry is located.

Bring you clothes and toothbrushes and enjoy the great salt life.

Family dogs welcome as long as they will not chew or damage anything. House has upscale furnishings.

Never again...

The property itself is very nice, We really enjoyed our stay. We were actually trying to plan a trip to return in the fall to this exact unit. But, then the process of trying to get the deposit back happened. It's taken almost 2 months to get our deposit back and they kept 33% of it. They claimed we bleed on the downstairs bed(which no one did) and that urine was found in the masters bed(again didn't happen.) We were forced to pay to replace the sheets(3 beds total). The cleaning fee they charge you does not cover them having to actually clean up or clean the dishes so we were charged additional money for them having to clean the dishes even though we paid the cleaning fee. Also note that in the rental agreement it doesn't state that they charge you to clean dishes but beware that they will(even though you will pay the cleaning fee.) The process of getting the deposit back has been a complete nightmare. We cleaned the entire apartment before we left and they still didn't honor their cleaning fee. Honestly I won't stay here again or on any other property that the Property Manager Alicia is a part of. It's just not worth the headache.

Owner's Response: This is from underage renters that have no respect of anyone's property and will not have the chance to rent again and be trusted with staying in a nice property. They need to grow up and use the manners that their parents tried to instill in them. Respectfully, Management Alicia

Even better than it looked!

This was our first time to Gulf Shores- we wanted to spend our first January as retirees somewhere along the Gulf between Florida (where we'd been before) and here. We hoped for something nice on the water that allowed dogs and this looked good. From the minute we walked in we knew it would be a great month- the view of the lagoon from the kitchen/living room was the perfect backdrop (same from master bedroom and neat screened porch off of it). The sandy "beach" right out back was easy for taking the dogs out and walking the boardwalk to the gazebo was chill. Loved the decor in the house- you could tell the family enjoyed the house, as well. Also, everyone in the area was so nice and friendly- sunset at the beach frequently had other people and dogs. The property manager, Alicia, was very responsive from our first call while she was Black Friday shopping to our questions or restaurant suggestions throughout our trip. Our only disappointment was that we hadn't thought to stay longer!

West Lagoon Ave. is a very nice part of Gulf Shores area. All is safe and plenty of activities are very close. You are on an island and all is near.

Walking distance to restaurants and bars. This property backs up the The Lagoon and the Gulf is just across on the other side of street.
