Quinta Zavala, 750 m2, beautiful colonial residence, is located in the center of Granada, 5 minutes walk from the main place with the Cathedral. It is a very UNIC COLONIAL home. This house was built on the 19th Century and is completly renovated with everything you need for a marvellous stay.
It belonged to the former President of Nicaragua , Joaquin Zavala (1835-1906).This home has everything to make your stay in Nicaragua a memorable one. Quinta Zavala is fully equipped with antique french and nicaraguan furniture.
Upon entering the quinta, you find yourself in a large and comfortable living area.
In the tradition of the Colonial style homes, the quinta is open to the outdoors. The main corridor offers additional seating. The beautiful kitchen is in the heart of the home and is equipped with everything you need. There is a large typical wood made table for 6.
The highlight of this quinta is the 10 meter pool which is in the middle of a beautiful garden.
You will find at the end of the patio two beautiful bedrooms with full showers, queen bed in one room and double bed in the other and flat tv. Each room has his own bathroom and air conditionned.
The master bedroom is located in the main part of this colonial house. It has a queen bed, full bath, air conditioning, flat tv, and is overlooking the pool and the living room.
Quinta Zavala is the perfect house for a family and friends. There is a library of books you can read and deckchairs to relax near the swimming pool.
